"Family stayed in one of the condos for an anniversary weekend. Condo was really nice, very comfortable, and the views from the balcony were terrific (as promised). If I had an issue with anything it would be the parking. Each building only has 6 spots, so if you come back late from a show you'll be hiking in from your car most likely. But would definitely stay there again."
"3110 #1 was beautiful, but no view except a nice retaining wall out back. The owner will tell you what you want to hear, but can't be trusted. I would definitely recommend Vineyards Terrace, just steer clear of 3110 #1. If there's anyone about you, it sounds like a thunder storm when they are moving around."
"I recently stayed with family in the first condo #3. The condo was beautiful, close to most amenities, with an awesome view. I don't think that they were insulated correctly because the neighbors under us were complaining of noise when our kids were walking. The landlord asked us nicely the first night around 10, then the second night there was knocking on the floor at 9pm. We reached out because it was literally just the kids walking and didn't have any issues after. So from my experience, request a ground floor if you have young ones. It's really hard to keep them off the floor to please your neighbors."
"Condo clean and beautiful. Reasonably priced, Furnishings comfortable. Had children above us that never sit down ran constantly. Fire alarms work great will wake you from a deep slumber. Otherwise great stay. Close to the main strip."
"Very nice clean & new rooms. Everything went well with the room. It is a bit difficult to find and it's way off the main parts of Branson but because of that they are quiet and peaceful. We would use again for sure."
