"We stayed at stormy point lake side. The view is less than desirable. We were on the ground floor. There are sliding doors to the little deck, but ours did not have a screen. I did see others did. The room was nice and spacious for a one bedroom. Unlike stormy village where you have individual houses, this is a 16 unit building. You hear everything above you & beside. When we checked in the sink faucet was about to fall off, we called and they sent maintenance. Unfortunately, there was another family in the unit with the same last name & he was sent to their room. We heard him asking if they needed something and were able to direct him to the correct room. The trash had not been taken out from previous guests & there were a couple of things we wondered if they had been cleaned. We called, they said they would send some one right away. We never saw the cleaning crew. I'm sure they went to the wrong room as well. For this part of Stormy Point there is no security gate to go through. You also cannot see out your door without opening it, no peak hole. You park your car where it can't be seen from your room."

"I'm not a fan of time share places but the room was clean and there were things to do nearby. It was November so the pool was closed and the property was quiet and peaceful. The staff seemed pleasant and responsive to issues once they arose. I am curious why they have folks put trash outside on the ground. I watched as the wildlife tore up the bags and made a big mess of things. The staff must have to deal with this mess every day. Also our shower door did not close all the way so there was always water on the floor after a shower. Kudos to the cleaning staff... management please help with (seemingly) simple fixes."

"This was our first time there & it was amazing! We stayed off site so we didn't have the trolley accessibility, but we were able to use all the normal amenities. We will definitely be staying here again! It would be nice if on the off-site they had a playground or a pool over there. But the docks are right down the road. It was within 10 minutes of everything but far enough away we couldn't hear the hustle & bustle of everyone."

"Beautiful resort. Perfect distance to all the fun places in Branson. We did not go to the big pool with the slide, but it looked very fun. The smaller pool on the other side of the resort wasn't very clean. They should have an adult only pool."
