"Very impressed with the 'well greased' teamwork. We were there as breakfast ended and transitioned to lunch. The transition was fast and smooth, yet we were still left with breakfast options to complete our experience. The staff were very attentive and definitely worked well together. "Stayed one night here this past weekend. Overall it was all fine. The check in employees were very kind and helpful. The entire resort was very clean. Rooms are basic. Beds were comfortable. The bunk beds were cute and fun for kids. The water park is a decent size indoor park but the water was freezing and there was an extremely rude and aggressive lifeguard at the wave pool that totally killed any kind of fun vibe. The buffet was decent for the price, nothing fancy. The fun spot was the most fun. Really enjoyed the go karts and lazer tag."

"Don't mistake this place for something like Great Wolf Lodge. Cheap hotel with a water park door and its other attractions are across a parking lot.... Nothing is connected to the hotel and it can be a cold walk back from the water park. You're better off just getting a day pass to the water park and staying somewhere nicer. Staff was pleasant and helpful when our heater went out and also had to replace the door handle after being locked out of the room."

"We purchased the family package for my daughter's birthday and overall the experience was good till I had to deal with the pizza. With the package, we received a free one topping pizza. When I asked to upgrade the pizza, the manager told me I would have to pay full price for the pizza even though I had a coupon. I told him I would gladly pay the difference but not full price. He refused. So the pools were nice and the kids had a good time but beware of the pizza restaurant."

"We did a 4 night stay and the rooms were clean and decent. We did have some maid service knock every morning offering clean towels and other things. The indoor water park was nice, their buffet is very good. The morning and lunch has a good amount of variety and the quality of the food was very good. We also took the kids to see their pet show and the Kids loved it! Definitely worth it for the little ones!"
