"Location is good if you want to go to Silver Dollar City and is pet friendly, however, not much else I can say about it positively. The code we were given did not work, thankfully we were able to get a physical key at least. WiFi was spotty. Multiple stains around the room. The refrigerator was leaking, not just in our room, but also in my parents. Employee walked into my parents'room while they were there, not let in or scheduled. She had apparently seen someone had checked out and assumed it was their room. When she saw they were there, she was going to go to our room next, again without checking if that is who checked out. Thankfully they told her it was not us."

"I would not recommend this to friends or anyone. Why? 1. Can't get in room that I paid for. 2. Absolutely no hotel employees on site 3. Hotel parking lot is almost desert with few cars there. 4. Met couple there and they complained that their door would not lock and had to use chair to push up against door. That was just scary. 5. We tried to call emergency number but they never picked up that dang phone. 6. We tried to call hotel manager/host but they never answered. 7. Since there is no employees on site to help us check in, we ended up going to another and better hotel. Despite of 1 star review that I gave, I'M GIVING THIS CRAPHOLE HOTEL ZERO STARS! Also, I'm working on getting refund back. Please stay away from this hotel."

"Horrible experience. The walls are more thin than Walmart tissue gift paper. There’s bugs watching you but not moving cause they’re dead just chillin on the floor. The toilet was okay cause I destroyed it anyway. The shower floor was slimy and the previous guest was kind enough to leave some left over pubes on the floor of it also. Sink didn’t drain so that was convenient. Also, you may be happy to hear there’s a free arm workout included at no charge as you lay on the bed and hang your arm in the air with your wrist bent at the perfect angle to get the tv remote to work properly. The heater set off the smoke alarm lol. No deadbolt on the door. Leftover sticky substance with beard hairs stuck in it on the end table next to bed. In regards to my unfortunate stay, my Xbox ran faster than a gazelle on prom night with their killer Wi-Fi speeds. It’s super close to Silver Dollar City so it’s a convenient location but I would highly recommend you only recommend this place to the worst of your enemies enemy. Enjoy!"

"Need a place to lay your head? Here it is. You can tell they renovated. The updates aren’t bad at all. The bed feels very unstable though and I’m not heavy. It moves violently every time i barely move. I wouldn’t shower here either. Gross. We had a small Issue getting in. Response time was with in an hour. Like I said it’s a place to rest your head and cheap. If you don’t mind then it’s not bad."

"Under new management and very poor quality. My room had ants and spiders and the digital lock would not work. They finally had to give me the master key so I could get in and out of my room. The bathroom was not clean and there were dead flies on the floor. There were us 4 couples staying here in different rooms and we all had issues with bugs, tv's not working, locks, etc. They no longer have deadbolts on the room doors either. And, they no longer have a restaurant on site so do not serve breakfast. Only good I can say about this place is it is in a good location. Otherwise...beware. We met several of the "regulars" and they said it has gone down hill. All 4 of our group said we will not be back."
