"I lived at 740 Michigan for 2.5 years and absolutely loved it. I really loved the space and the overall vibe. 7 Monks being on the ground floor is also a plus! The parking garage is awesome! It is within walking distance of Spectrum Health Medical Center which worked well for me also. I felt secure there, as there are multiple layers of codes in order to access the building. There were no maintenance issues while I lived there. It is new and very well maintained. I would highly recommend it!"

"I lived at the 421 Alabama building for 2 years and I have nothing bad to say about it! I've absolutely loved living here. It's safe, super clean, quieter than you'd expect for a downtown apartment (even with the new Bridge St Market opening basically in our backyard), and the leasing staff is so friendly. They also organize lots of resident events + you get exclusive discounts at downtown businesses with your 616 Pass (aka your building access card)! Not to mention it's walking distance from downtown + all the awesome places on the West Side are only a block or two away. Oh AND they do routine checks/replacements of the air filters and the smoke detectors. The one thing I will say is that the train tracks are literally in the building's back yard, but a white noise machine (Dohm - look it up, it's awesome) did the trick and I sleep as well as any other place I've lived. I would recommend living here to anyone!"

"I'm a new tenant in 616 Lofts at Monroe and I can say I've been very happy with my on-boarding experience. The staff was very accommodating when showing me different apartments at different locations, and has been responsive to all the questions I've had along the way. I have yet to move in and I already feel like a part of the community. Between the newsletters, the Facebook page, and the website filled with info and activities, there is no shortage of information and things to do. The apartments seem clean, modern, and spacious, and I can't wait to settle in."

"We have lived in lofts on Ionia for a few months and so far love everything! Our apartment is awesome with cool architecture, high ceilings and a great city view. Being right downtown makes many restaurants, bars and activities within walking distance. Also love that the management group is super responsive to needs and plans social functions often in order to get the residents to know each other and meet new people. To top it off, the 616 pass that gives many discounts to local establishments can't be beat!"

"We have lived in 616 Lofts on Kendall for over 2 years now. Moved in the day they opened, and we have loved every second, so much that we signed for a third year. It is a place you can be proud of, we are always excited to show off our apartment. The Kendall building is a beautifully restored historic building with a modern feel on the inside. Just to rattle off a few great amenities, brushed steel appliances, wood floors, exposed brick, NICE stacked washer and dryer (not the typical generic ones apartments use), granite, high ceilings, GREAT LOCATION and a great rooftop deck with a grill. The apartment is not the only thing, the 616 Pass offers GREAT discounts to a LOT of restaurants and stores downtown! Maintenance(Brad) is awesome, always prompt and responsive. Overall a great community to live in, its definitely not just another apartment. They often hold events for residents and try and bring everyone together as a community. Can't say enough good things!"
