"The front desk was super friendly. Everyone was happy to help us and knowledgeable about the area. The bartenders are friendly and made the wind down from the day easy. Will be staying again."
"My stay at this hotel was nothing but the best. Every single staff member I interacted with was polite, kind, and caring. We stayed during a big storm and I had a five hour wait for my ride. I asked if I could wait in my car in the parking lot, to which I was told yes but please stay inside with us and wait where it is warm. During this wait a housekeeper stopped and checked on me asking if I needed anything. The rooms are clean and updated, and the restaurant in the hotel is amazing! I would recommend this place without a doubt! I felt like I was cared about and that my safety was placed at the top of the employees worries. I will be returning and hope that this company knows what they have in the way of loyal and respectful employees. Thank you to the staff!"
"Superb customer service from the time you walk through the door, checkin was very easy (booked online), easy access from the highway, restaurant attached had decent food, i liked the key security with the elevator and you could walk to downtown. The room was nice but very compact, they definitely utilized every space they have and with being so close to the highway the noise level wasn't as quiet as I would have liked (but that was just me my other guest slept fine). Overall had a great experience."
"Outstanding experience. Came to town for Art prize and stayed here. From the moment we checked in everything went flawless! Nicole and Madison were extremely helpful in ensuring our stay was perfect, and it was. Room was great, amenities were beyond expectations, and the hospitality was top tier. Will definitely stay here next time I'm in town, and we plan to be back soon."
