"The quality-price ratio for the room wasn't that great, even worse with how far it is from GR. The breakfast choice was limited, especially considering that they were out of 2 of the 4 hot dishes when I arrived 1 hour before the end of the breakfast service. On top of that, they had Fox News playing on the giant screen in the eating area, to make sure I knew I wasn't welcome there."

"When you start out your busy work day with a complementary breakfast and take a bite out of your biscuits and gravy and the gravy is refrigerator temperature. Waffle irons were on and hot but no waffle batter. I had the nerve to ask the receptionist but I'm guessing her phone was more important. As a truck driver from the area I stay here frequently and with today's economy I get it you need to up your prices to $103 a night but when you offer less like permanently closing the hot tub in the pool area and hire some staff members with an attitude. My stay here kinda sucked. The beds are some of the most comfortable you'll find in a room. Wish the desk clerk would have at least tried to be or act accommodating."

"My boyfriend and I stayed for Valentine’s Day really enjoyed the jacuzzi! Looking at coming back again! Only downside was there’s no hdmi change options to hook up a laptop but overall enjoyable stay"

"A fine place to stay for one night for the price. Positives include a friendly and helpful staff, convenient location to the highway 15 minutes south of Grand Rapids, and a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. Neutral aspects were a run-of-the-mill continental breakfast and a location not convenient to restaurants or stores (only a gas station and truck stop diner located off the exit). Negatives were the dated rooms, an elevator that shook as it moved, a shower that did not supply hot water and made a grinding noise after 10 minutes, and a thermostat that was difficult to control. I cannot speak to the quality of the pool as I did not use it. Overall this is a fine place if you're stopping for the night and don't have the family with you, otherwise I might look for other options in the area."

"Nice rooms they were clean. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. Plenty of choices. Sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, pastries, muffins, fruits, yogurts, bagels and cream cheese, juices and make your own waffles. Only 2 drawbacks. They were out of milk due to a supplier issue and the location is convenient right off 131 but it is a little farther from downtown than I thought but that was my fault for not double checking map. Overall for the price it is a wonderful hotel."
