"I will never support this company ever again. Planned a fun girl's trip and as soon as we walked into our room we were hit with a strong Marijuana smell. So bad that one of us were having breathing issues. Requested room change and was denied. Requested to rent another room and was denied. Staff did not accommodate at all and were incredibly rude. Had to move to hotel across the street 2 hours into our stay and they refuse to refund. My sister called again to request a refund and they hung up on her. Shame on you."

"Went for contract vote. Easy get to. Had ask at desk where go. Helpful Clerk let me know how get to floor needed to. Easy in and out. Not stay in rooms. But service and location excellent"

"They had a hard time getting my card to work for incidentals fee, took over half an hour of trying. Finally got to our room and it was already occupied. Was given a different room and it hadn't been cleaned yet (it was around 3:45 pm). Finally, the housekeeper helped us. Apparently, she was the only one of the employees that was competent."

"This place would have been a better experience but the bathroom sink drain was plugged, and they shut off our key card before check-out time. They quickly rectified the issue when I went to the front desk, but this should never happen."

"My partner and I smoke but never indoors, we kept to the outdoor smoking area and then would come inside after and laid on the bed, we never sat on the couch or chair. After we left we were charged $250 because they claimed we smoked in the room. I immediately called the number I was given and disputed this and heard nothing back from the hotel. When I called back 5 days later I was told that the manager confirmed there was an odor and they couldn’t rent the room out. The ONLY place there could be an odor was on the bedding because as I said we are smokers and laid in the bed after coming inside from smoking. So essentially we paid $250 for the housekeeper to change the bedding. Our AC unit did not work, it’d turn off randomly and none of the buttons worked, which I reported to the front desk as soon as we arrived. If someone had smoked in that room the whole floor would have reeked. The rules don’t say anywhere that smokers can’t stay at the hotel or that they will be charged more for staying. It says to not smoke in the room which we did not do and there’s video proving we went out of our way not to do, but we were charged for it anyway. Honestly I would have probably recommended this hotel before this but the lack of response from the management on the issue and this charge is just too much. We have never had this issue when traveling before. My partner and I saved to take a anniversary trip and overall had a great time in Grand Rapids, but this definitely has put a bad taste in our mouth for what was supposed to be a very special weekend."
