"Took two toddlers for the splash pad and kiddie pool. The water was so cold they didn't want anything to do with it. And they both LOVE water. If you have a swimming area geared towards small children, at least turn the heat up. Staff went above and beyond to get us into adjoining rooms, so that was appreciated."

"Great location easy on and off the highway. Great place to take kids under 12. Although the water park is showing it's age my daughter still loved it and had a great time. Good value as compared to many expensive water parks. The website needs to be updated as it states breakfast is included but it's not. Clerk was very nice and offered small compensation. If in the area I would definitely take my daughter back again as she spent hours playing in the pool."

"The pool area needed a lot of help.the hot tub water was brown and the pool waterwas not clear. The kid' pool area stairs were rusted and stained. Went the breakfast, which we paid extra for when we checked in,had only one person working. One person preparing the food and serving . Very disappointing stay. These problems were not the staff fault. This is a management problem."

"Save your money. Our experience was not a great. We booked a night here after Christmas to bring our 4 year old to for a night away with a pool. The indoor pool and splash pad were probably nice at some point, but nothing has been done to it since it was built. Could really use a fresh coat of paint. Our room was very nosy, and to top it off fire alarm went off multiple times during the night. Our reservation confirmation said breakfast included, when we got there a sign posted saying no complimentary breakfast."

"As you walk into the lobby they have a huge fish tank, very pristine and clean. The staff was excellent with me. I stayed for an entire week. I am a diamond elite member. I stay with Holiday inn all the time. I covered North America for my job. I have been in multiple locations and this is one of the best by far. I walked into the pool. Hot tub would be nice after a long day of work. It's like a water park inside. It looks like a mini great wolf lodge. If you have children. The staff was very helpful and when the restaurant bar was open, was great for conversation. The people working the counter were very helpful to me. Very polite and also had some laughs with them as well."
