Crossroads Apartments

"Maintenance will do absolutely nothing to make this place better. For the 9 months we've been here there's been black mold, the doors for every closet and pantry will fall off, theres tack strip on the transition from the kitchen to the living area, there's break-ins, the doors to the protected apartments are always broken, so anyone can walk in off the street and sleep in the stairways and hallways, people who will get naked, stalk your kids,and walk around the apartments in which the apartment staff will just wrap them in blankets and escort them back to their apartments. This place is the worst place I've lived in my 31 years."

"I moved here a year ago I renewed my lease, Lupe Ricky are fantastic, they care about tenants,I sold my house a Year ago after my husband passed away! they have been with me since! The apartments are beautiful and huge, if someone wants to live in a great place then it's crossroads! Rob is a great maintenance guy! I am so proud to be here"

"It is a safe place I had never heard a shooting people here, it is a clean place. You can't see a fallen leaves in fall time, no snow in parking during winter time, trash is always dumped out, for emergency the staff members are always there for help. "I wouldn’t live here I pay 876 a month for a 1 bedroom came home from work 2 weeks ago to water pouring out of my bathroom ceiling vent and this is all they have done and just put up the plastic yesterday. Mind you I’ve been calling for 2 months on my ceiling leaking in a different room and they still haven’t assessed it for contractors there’s so much mold in the wall and the ceiling I’m not even surprised how bad my allergies are anymore also this place should honestly be condemned"

"The maintenance staff here has taken care of numerous issues for me and have done it with respect and dignity. Since the buildings are a little old, my ceiling had needed to be patched a couple of times, due to a leak and the roof also needed to be cleared of debris and then resurfaced. Working with Stacy at Crossroads, we got this taken care of. She heeded my concern, took me seriously and bridged all communications to get this problem resolved. The maintenance man, John, has been over to my apartment more than once to help me with my heat and also to help me with a broken bathroom fan. He is very polite and conscientious when entering my home. I had another issue at the beginning of the year and both Stacy and Ricky worked quickly to solve this issue as well. Greg, the emergency maintenance guy is great. Tim, the landscaper and outside maintenance man is also really nice and has come to pick up broken glass in the driveway that I have reported. I have been here almost 5 years and I am very happy with the way that Stacy manages that office and keeps her staff happy and on task with what needs to be done. I am grateful for all of her hard work. I would recommend living here."
