“Had an amazing stay at the Pullman on the Park in Melbourne on the weekend. First impression was the lobby, tasteful decor and the staff were attentive and professional. Our room was immaculate, quiet and the bed was so comfortable. We had drinks at the bar and Stephanie was so friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast was impressive, so much thought has gone into it. Room service was great and efficient. I do not have a bad word to say about our experience, we didn't want to leave. Will definitely stay again, very well managed as you can see all staff members are happy and well trained.”

Everyone is so accommodating, helpful and lovely! Parking is quiet private, which I love because it makes you feel as if your car is safe! “An overnight stay prior to catching a flight . Efficient but friendly reception staff. Room exceptionally clean showing only very minor wear. A clean bathroom, well supplied with linen and a clean shower curtain. Very good tea coffee and microwave facility. Bed very comfortable with a range of pillows of varying softness with the firm one indicated by a mark on the pillow case. Room service friendly and prompt - the antipasto plate was generous without being excessive. Breakfast in the restaurant offered the usual comprehensive range although here, the food was fresher than that I have experienced in other places. Staff were unobtrusive but politely helpful if needed. A good start to my overseas holiday.”

“I was put up here for the night after Virgin Australia cancelled my flight home. The staff at reception were wonderful, immediately empathetic to my situation, and helped me feel taken care of. Carol in particular was lovely, she even called my room when my UberEats arrived, even though I was preparing to head down and wait for it outside myself. Rooms were clean and comfy, they’re basic but that’s all you need for airport accommodation. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who needs to book a night layover through Melbourne.”

“Insane hotel experience. This hotel was leaning towards art, fashion, architecture and taste preferences rather than a traditional hotel structure. The location was near a tram station and near the city centre, maybe a 5 minute walk. The hotel staff were kind and made the experience more welcoming. I'd definitely come again.”

“The location is excellent. Close to Acland street and the beach. Room was clean and well maintained for its age. We were asked if we wanted a ground or first floor room and were upgraded to a larger room for free. Entering a code to enter the building after 7pm made us feel safe. We’ll stay here again on our next trip to Melbourne.”

“Beautiful restaurant in a lovely location just off the beach. You can see boats bobbing in the water. They were happy to replace my meal and offer a free drink when I wasn’t happy and were sure to check in on me. I would recommend this restaurant.”

“We are a family of 5 (daughters 17-21yrs) visiting Melbourne from out of state for a holiday. We were after 2 x 2 bedroom apartments that were well appointed and comfortable, with some room to hang out, speedy wifi, comfortable beds, in a good location for shopping and dining and near public transport to get around Melbourne. The District ticked every box! We loved it here and are sorry to be leaving. We’ll be back next time we visit Melbourne though.”

“Great stay at Gateway on Monash. Staff are exceptional, Achilles and Rose were two staff that I had spoken to and they went above and beyond for me. I felt very comfortable having my staff member stay here while training at a nearby facility. Very convenient having the free onsite parking and being able to walk to many locations after a long day working. Great value with all the amenities, makes for a very comfortable stay.”

There's a great selection on the menu along with their additional chef specials. Food does not disappoint. Staff are friendly and there's a real authentic 'old pub' atomosphere.”
