“I didn’t stay. I just had a fancy afternoon tea. It looks like it’s from a movie. The food was on big platters and we had our own really kind helper. She was really nice. There were scones, jam and cream. And small bamboo shaped boats of food. This was for my birthday and it was beautiful. Everyone was so kind. I don’t think this could get any better”

“The staff at the Midnight Hotel are amazing! When I come back here, I'll definitely look forward to staying here again. It's very local to a lot of great food and drink places nearby. There's plenty to see and it's centralized if you want to drive to nearby places to see monuments and nature to include kangaroos! The restaurant had amazing food and the bar had great drinks made perfectly!”

“Pip took excellent care of my 2 dogs. I feel very comfortable leaving my dog with her. Pip is reliable, very responsive to messages and genuinely loves dogs. My dogs came back happy and tired after daycare or board at Pips. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for pet sitting, doggy daycare and boarding. Thanks again so much!”

“Our two cats stayed here while we were away in Vietnam and Susie and the team went above and beyond to make them feel at home, especially our Bengal girl who took a while to settle in. Will definitely be booking again. The rooms are spacious (not little cages stacked up to the ceiling) and the updates each day gave us peace of mind.”

“This is the BEST cattery in the ACT/NSW period. I recently boarded my two cats there whilst on military leave for over a month. The site itself is a custom built facility, fully air-conditioned and heated with fresh brand-new, room enclosures for all the cats. There is a vast array of boarding available and even the standard boardings are above average. However, what makes this cattery stand-out is the care taken to ensure the well-being and happiness of the cats there. The owner sent text (from the cats!) with photos every couple of days showing the cats exploits which was a great comfort. Additionally each cat gets private play-time and office time as well as free bird feeding shows!! I cannot recommend this cattery highly enough and my guys will be using it everytime we are away. 5+ stars!”

“Amazing hotel, this is clean and modern with all the mod cons. I booked in with minimal notice and was kindly given a room upgrade. The air con had been switched on in the room prior to arrival which was much appreciated given how cold it was outside. The 2nd night of my stay dropped to -7, I was warm, comfy and toasty and totally oblivious to the cold air outside even with the air con turned off. This will be my go to hotel for work trips!”

“I’ve boarded my cat, Sushi, with Best Friend Pet Centre multiple times, for stats of 1 night up to 2 weeks, and she is always treated with the utmost care. She’s such a needy thing, but the team always go the extra mile to keep her safe and happy and covered in cuddles. She always comes home happy (a little extra needy, but that’s to be expected!) and healthy. 10/10 recommend every time.”

“My border collie has stayed here twice and the last time for 6 nights. The staff mentioned on pick up that they gave her space to come inside to the kennel in her own time. I'm sure that the individual treatment she received made her stay better. Thank you Snuggles.”

“I loved everything in this hotel. Room is minimalist design, but comfortable and spacious enough for two people. There’s complimentary T2 tea and Nespresso in the room. Working area is quiet, perfect chairs and tables for working and you can get free green apple and make your own tea or coffee.”

“Absolutely amazing!! I had my 11 month old male German shepherd who was extremely shy and nervous. I was very impressed from the first phone call where they asked a lot of questions about Atlas and what he was and wasn't scared of and his experiences. They recommended a 3 seek stay and board. During his stay they gave updates about how he was progressing and their training progress. Our main goal was helping him in new situations. He has just got home and the proof is in the results, their staff know their stuff! They took amazing care of my boy and have made so much progress. Not only in confidence but crate training and other commands. I am going to follow up with obedience classes with the team (mostly so I am doing the right things). Will use again and highly recommend. One very happy puppy and owner ❤️”

“We booked a one bedroom suite over Easter to spend the long weekend in Canberra. We were pleasantly surprised by the Easter family events planned by Hotel Realm. There was a movie night, face painting and goody bags for the children. There was a complimentary wine tasting for the adults too. Plus an egg hunt and photos with the Easter bunny. The children could participate in a chocolate making class with the chef. All top notch experiences, with quality ingredients provided for free. This is our fourth time staying at Hotel Realm, and we come because we know the rooms are large and well appointed. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the service is fantastic. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay! We will come again.”
