“A beautiful weekend stay at Hotel X. My sister and I came up to celebrate her birthday and were greeted by very friendly staff who were kind enough to let us into our room before check in time. The room was spacious and filled with all the extras you could ask for in both the bathroom and the mini bar area. The rooms are very clean and modern, the shower has great pressure and hot water. All that would be suggested from a superficial point of view is a change in the unnecessary canvas images with gaudy glitter and lashes as it detracts from the classiness of the place.”

“A nice country pub, we came from Redlands for a day drive. Came across this little pub. Had very nice meals at a good price. Nice to sit outside on the veranda. The friendly staff were helpful when ordering a meal.”

“I was playing a new years eve gig at the venue. I had stayed there before, so it was a no brainier. It was such a delightful stay. The poor staff were a tad understaffed. But you wouldn't have known. They were super friendly, helpful, polite and professional. Took amazing care of us. The place was super clean and tidy. The rooms were perfect for what we needed. The place is super close to so many eateries. I'll be staying here whenever we come play.”

“Spent the weekend at the hotel for my Grand daughters wedding and can I say the venue was perfect, no hitches, the wedding chapel is beautiful, the hotel service was amazing all the staff we encountered were friendly and obliging, the food , the breakfast buffet, fabulous,! Our room was spotless and bed comfy. All in all a lovely weekend and deserves the 5stars.”

“The staff here are absolutely wonderful. Particularly Kyrell at the hotel desk - he is always polite, does whatever possible to ensure that you enjoy your stay and went out of his way to help return my lost property to me. He is an asset to the team!”

“Stayed here for a Saturday night on our wedding anniversary. By pure good fortune, we scored an upgrade to the Presidential Suite no less. Nice note congratulating us on arrival and also complimentary wine and a snack brought to the room (with Happy Anniversary written in chocolate on the plate). The car valet service meant that once the car was dropped off, I didn't have to worry about it for the entire duration of the stay. Room was amazing (as you'd expect), with huge bathroom, bedroom and lounge. The light switches were a little confusing and I never worked out how to turn the dining room chandelier off but that's a very minor gripe. View of the city and a glimpse of the river was good without being fantastic (photo attached). The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the food was first rate. We had such a lovely time that of course, we'll be going again.”

“From the moment we arrived the staff were so pleasant from the lovely lady checking us in to the cleaning staff on the way out. We were missing a door handle on the bathroom door but it didn’t impact our stay too much. Bed super comfy, complimentary water bottles, lovely big bathroom and great value for money.”

“Very clean rooms. Good selection for buffet breakfast although can be busy. Staff are very pleasant. Check out the rapid lunches - great value for $17. Took advice from other reviewer and place in Bruce Bishops car park a short distance away$30 for 3 days. Hotel is very close to the beach and very pleased with everything.”

“A great hotel for a short term or long term stay. Rooms are clean, tidy and a great size. The beds a soft and comfortable. There is a Graziers Steakhouse and Dan Murphys in the same venue. Pacific fair shopping centre and trams are only a short distance away. Highly recommend this hotel for cleanliness, locations and amenities.”

The rooms was large and clean , maybe not the most modern but definitely value for money and fabulous location. Close to town center and amazing restaurants. Would book here again in a heartbeat.”

“A very modern, upmarket motel with spacious rooms and quality furnishings and appliances. A large TV with more Foxtel channels than we realised were available. The kitchenette is well equipped and well laid out. A spacious bathroom with luxurious toiletries supplied. The cleaning staff do a fantastic job. Not much of a view (we had room 303), but the large balcony is great to relax on, as long as you don't mind people over in the other motel across the lane way watching you as well.”

“Loved our room. Service was great. All staff were very helpful. Just a couple of things let them down. 1 being Kitchen staff for room service failed several times by forgetting to put things on trays. First breakfast they forgot to cook hubby's breakfast. Dinner trays they forgot to put cutlery, salt and pepper and also a breakfast menu we specifically asked for. Housekeeping need to clean dust more frequently. Shelf in room housing tea cups and coffee mugs was thick in dust. I wrote 'clean me' in dust in hope someone cleans it properly. Bathroom had lots of dust on walls and around toilet area. “Interesting. Left a 1 star review 5 hrs ago. Other more recent higher rating reviews appear from 2 hours ago. This hotel chucked an 80 yr old woman out at 12 midnight to sleep in the street without any concern for her safety.”

“This would have to be one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed it. The executive room had a fantastic view. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, one of the best sleeps I had in a long time. The shower was absolutely amazing, roomy and great water pressure, love the double shower head. Love the range of free movies on the big TV in the corner. Room comes with a very decent size fridge. Parking is limited and I would suggest they make it more disabled friendly somehow as the parking is part of another building and the lift closes (and I had issues getting my car out earlier) and I had a disabled person who was with me who had trouble getting from the car park to the hotel itself. We were not aware of this set up. Fantastic location and there is even a Macdonald’s attached to the building. I would stay again for sure. (PS see my other review about the restaurant which I highly recommend).”

“This is an exceptional hotel that has got everything right. The room was freshly renovated and had a stunning ocean view. Even better than the room is the staff. Dirk was friendly and funny during our late night check in. Jovelyn and Natalie were exceptional during the morning breakfasts and I sure hope they are being paid well because it feels like they are the heart and soul of this hotel. When I had an unfortunate spill on the stairs, Bikash was great in assisting my wife. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.”

“Went for lunch, couldn’t fault the place. Very clean, excellent fresh food, good value and exceptional customer service. Kids were totally wrapped with their little colouring in kits and the nice girls having a chat with them. Thank you!”

“So it's directly on the public bus line, the staff are amazing, the rooms spacious and clean. Genuinely lucked out hardcore with this spot. We saved tons of money by staying just a bus ride away from city central, the staff were super awesome when I messed up the reservation and the rooms were 4 star quality with all the general complimentry stuff. Recommend for a traveling businessmen, tourists, and drivers in general. I'm genuinely impressed and will come by here again for my next business trip. The hidden secret spot.”

“We stayed in Hilton surfers paradise residences for 4 nights. The location is right in the centre of surfers paradise. Lots of cafe, restaurants, shops and bars within walking distance. The room had everything we needed- washing machines, dryer and a functional kitchen. Overall, it’s an amazing place to stay to enjoy the entertainment lifestyle and beaches in Surfers Paradise. •Car park is $25 per day• - It’s quite a big car park and you don’t have to worry about parking space. You will have your own parking space between B3-B5 with your unit number marked on the floor if you stayed in Hilton Residences.”
