“This is a lovely 3-star hotel, the staff were really helpful and friendly. The rooms are small but we only even use a hotel room for sleeping as we keep busy on our trips away and dont spend a lot of time in the hotel. We have stayed here a couple of times and both have been pleasant. The rooms are quiet as well which is a bonus. Very close to tram and train stops”

“This is a great place, nice sized rooms and clean, friendly staff and breakfast and dinning up to a good standard. parking is available and as we got there early we were allowed to park there as we visited the city center. It 's location just out of the city is ideal if you don't feel confident driving in the center, as the tram stop is 50 meters away and run frequently, about a 10 min trip. Thanks to all the staff and we will be sure to stay with you next time we have to come down to Melbourne.”

“Excellent hotel. Friendly staff with excellent parking. Short walk to park for kids with a BBQ if needs be. The hotel is impressive, stylish, clean and warm. Very enjoyable with no discomfort walking in or out. Is also very disability accessible with very few tight places or levels to traverse.”

“Overall I had a great stay at this hotel. I would especially like to thank Swasti for her help with the check in. She was very friendly and helpful. I want to thank Richard (concierge) for all his help, including booking the excursions and the extra good tips he gave. The advice / tips regarding public transport have also helped me a lot. In addition, he was just nice and friendly. I would like to thank Vivi (and her colleagues in the kitchen) for the excellent breakfast that I enjoyed every day. This was (one of) the best breakfasts I've had in all my years of travelling. Extensive choices and the hot food was actually warm. Unfortunately have I often experienced the breakfast differently (cold/not warm). Finally, I would like to thank Linda for helping me a lot with the situation that my neighbor was smoking in his room! She really took the time to listen to me.”

“I stayed in summerhouse Melbourne for about 2 months and absolutely loved it! The staff are super helpful and friendly. The rooms are big and are cleaned daily which is always appreciated. There is a bar downstairs that has a nice atmosphere and good drinks. Friendly hostel and super close to the beach. I would recommend as a solo traveller.”

“We were impressed with this apartment from the minute we stepped through the door. It was exceptionally clean, loads of storage space, the kitchen is well equipped, the Wi-Fi worked like a dream, and the information folder is well thought out, including operating instructions for everything in the apartment. Once we'd settled in, we found the bed to be one of the most comfortable we'd ever slept in, the property very peaceful, the balcony nice and sunny and, of course, the fantastic views. The apartment block is a 5 minute walk from the 109 tram stop (Melbourne CBD in 10 minutes), or walk 10 minutes in the opposite direction for the No 1 tram. Only a block away from the beach with shops and restaurants on your doorstep, a lift, gym and swimming pool on site - you really can't ask for anything else!”

“Had a daily conference nearby- stayed at Exodus four nights - travel to and from was easy with great access to hotel's lift & carpark as well. Great location- very short walking distance to Dandenong market & Plaza...very handy. Affordable and clean- comfortable bed as well. Stayed in apartment on level 6 was nice & quiet will definitely stay again next time I'm in town. Found Manager and reception staff to be exceptionally kind, helpful & friendly. They ensured I had everything I needed in apartment to be comfortable. Thank you so much Emad & Mai. Many Blessings to you all :) Highly recommend!”

“We were very happy with our accommodation, rooms were not overly large but were suitable for our stay. The staff were very happy to help and answer our questions. We dined in for dinner and breakfast the food was great and prices more than reasonable. Our hosts a lovely man made us feel very comfortable. “I love the location and the staff where so lovely and sweet. The lady at reception was extremely helpful and gave us great advice on where to find an amazing pizza. The rooms where comfortable and clean and the heater worked so well. We had a city view and the kids LOVED looking at the lights. We used their porta cot. All in all was amazing value for money and will continue to use this place in the future.”

“We booked to stay for the F1 Grand Prix weekend and were concerned as to what we would find on check-in based on the Google reviews. Having now stayed here, I am very confused by the recent poor reviews! We had a premium studio room on level 3. The room and bathroom were clean, the sheets and towels were clean, we had milk in the fridge, and cutlery and bowls in the kitchenette. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They answered my numerous queries in the lead up to our stay, and looked after our luggage for the day after we checked out. We would happily stay here again. The location is perfect for attending the Albert Park track, as well as having some great eating options nearby.”

“During my business trip in late June, I stayed at this hotel for a week and found the room to be spacious with many good restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, there was a hot water shortage for two days, leaving me unable to shower with cold water during winter. As a result, I refrained from showering for several days until I contacted the reception. The receptionist promptly provided a refund for the affected X1 night and handled the situation politely, alleviating my frustration with the hotel's management. In my opinion, the receptionist deserves a pay raise for their exceptional service.”

Rooms was super clean, bed was as comfy as 5 star hotels (even with the cloud mattress topper), bathroom spotless, not a single noise from the st and we had a room with st view, friendliest staff (think they were the owners which makes it more personal), and best shower ever! On top of it all, unbeatable location. I will absolutely stay with them again when next in town.”
