"I’m a Diamond Member of Choice Hotels and have been for many years. I stay here because of the convenience when flying early in the morning. This will be my last stay here and will move to Taylors Lakes. Why?? The restaurant service is so bad I ended up leaving because I couldn’t get served after the meal. I get to my very tiny and poky room and the TV screen is out of order. For the very high price for room 212 I feel absolutely ripped. Please don’t stay here…."
"I was put up here for the night after Virgin Australia cancelled my flight home. The staff at reception were wonderful, immediately empathetic to my situation, and helped me feel taken care of. Carol in particular was lovely, she even called my room when my UberEats arrived, even though I was preparing to head down and wait for it outside myself. Rooms were clean and comfy, they’re basic but that’s all you need for airport accommodation. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who needs to book a night layover through Melbourne."

"Cheap enough place to stay for us, you get what you pay for with that. However as mentioned a few other times, it was just the noise from other tenants due to thin walls I suppose. Good stay otherwise Great room, spacious and everything we needed."
"The service we got here was amazing! Location is great, helps that they have an airport shuttle service which was faultless. Our room was very basic but nice and clean, big comfy bed. I did think it was a bit pricey but taking into account that we got picked up and dropped off at the airport and everything else was really good I would recommend and happily stay here again."
