“Was greeted at check-in by very friendly staff who saw I needed a glass of champagne at 5pm - thank you. The room was roomy and clean on the 10th floor. Location is also good, close to many attractions.”

“It's such a beautiful hotel in a terrific location. South Yarra was gorgeous, and Chapel St. is a blast. I really appreciated the early check-in after 28 hours of traveling and loved having a kitchen in my room. Would 100% stay again.”

“From the time of booking until checking out, Janet in reception, could not do enough to help us. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable with everything we needed and amazingly quiet. The car park was in easy access to the lift and rooms. Highly recommended”

“Stayed few nights at this hotel and was really having comfortable stay throughout. The bed is comfortable and room is really spacious. Location is walkable from Glen Waverley station and there are numerous eateries and stores nearby. Nothing wrong with the service. The room looks a bit outdated, can be improved but it was really quiet although my room is facing the main road.”

“Had a pleasant stay at The Chen. Was greeted at reception by a lovely young lady who was most welcoming and very personable. The only issue with the room was the air con, I couldn't really feel it working but apart from that I'd recommend The Chen.”

Easy access to Eastland shopping centre, plenty of food options, and cinema and play centre. Breakfast and dinner at Partake restaurant are delicious. Daniel and Merril from the restaurant provided exceptional service. And thanks to Sonia, Oscar and Adrian from reception who are very helpful and welcoming. Recommended place to stay if you’re visiting Ringwood or planning to go to Yarra Valley.”

“15 year old Rusty spent 12 days at Sparrows only his second time away from home. Rusty is my first pet Dog and I was very worried at leaving him. Well all that worry was unnecessary as Rusty has had the Best care and was happy to see me and was in good shape when I collected him. Thank you to the wonderful staff for looking after my Rusty so well it is much appreciated. I would highly recommend this kennel and will definitely be requiring their services in the future. “Loved our 5 night stay here down from Sydney. Modern & stylish rooms, impeccable service, beautiful sky rise views. Trams are a very short walking distance, lots of yummy food options nearby also. Massive bonus is their heated pools. Hotel is only 2 years old if you love new spaces.”

“This was my first stay at the mansion and having stayed at other Lancemore hotels I had high expectations. These were met without fail! On arrival I was greeted by the wonderful reception team, welcoming me to the mansion, and inviting me to enjoy the various spaces the mansion has to offer. It really is a true stay-cation with different lounges and other rooms to while away a two night stay. My room was exactly what I expected, comfortable, well appointed, and with all the essentials. We enjoyed an evening meal in Josephs one night, you must try the beef tataki! The other night we had dinner at Shadowfax winery which is just next door and a short walk; it's not part of the mansion but that's fine and it feels as if you are in the grounds the whole time. On check-out, we were asked to provide feedback which is unusual for a hotel. We find they're usually worried to ask. We'd love to come back again some time with friends. We learned on our stay that there is a special show at the mansion on offer, which we didn't get to do, but we've heard it's a real hoot!”

“Perfect location for a morning flight without worrying about morning traffic. Stayed in a deluxe king room $360 including breakfast. Great view over the airport, was worried it might be too noisy with planes talking off but was well insulated and relatively quiet. Bed was comfortable, room clean, slightly dated but nice. Buffet breakfast very tasty, omelette station, real coffee included. Would stay again”

“We like to stay at the G’Day cabin because it is clean and comfortable for a large family, like five people, including a busy toddler. Their customer service is good. It's convenient and easy access to highways in Melbourne. We’ll book again when we visit Melbourne in the future.”

“Lovely rooms, and the food available for meals is of excellent quality. But the most outstanding aspect was the service. All staff were amazing, however Tegan and Mick went above and beyond to return my phone to me that I had left behind in the room. Words are unable to explain how much this meant to me and the difference it made in a stressful trip.”

“What an amazing place to stay, from the moment you come up the drive, the concierge is there with a smile and a kind welcome, onto reception where they have an easy check in, up to a room with the best bed and pillows that I've ever slept on. Out the door you go and on your return the next afternoon or evening, the room is immaculate with some very nice complimentary water and so on. The downstairs Pow Wow is a real delight for a coffee on the way out and next to it is a great restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Must recommend and I'd be absolutely stoked to stay here again.”

“Staying here for 3 days. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the property is considering the similarly priced hotels I stayed before in Melbourne. Quality rooms and good service, breakfast is good with both secured and off street parking options. The only blip was before the visit, I tried to call the hotel a few times and even left a message but couldn’t reach them and the call was not returned.”

“Our stay at Big4 was remarkable. The cabin we booked was clean and spacious with all the amenities provided. We were warmly welcomed by the staffs during check-in and the lady was also provided me with a guide-book for all the activities going in and around Melbourne. Highly recommended property. There were swimming pool and sauna as well which we, unfortunately weren't able to use because we had a very tight schedule for visiting different places throughout Victoria. Very convenient location from the CBD, affordable and great value for money.”

“I was traveling with my toddler, not easy, but Nathan from reception went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. He was very patient with us, and helped with our bags from the car to our room. I didn't expect that. He also helped me with any inquiries I had. Thanks again. The room was very clean and cosy, had everything we needed. We loved the bed, well my toddler did, he took up most of it. The parking is perfect, undercover and very secure. Walking distance to the shops and train station. Definitely stay again. Thanks again”
