"my friend and i went together and requested the same thing and had totally different results (my hand is on the left in the picture on the left). while they didn’t do a horrible job, it’s not great for spending $80+ tip. my friends nails came out great, so i guess it depends on your technician. everyone was nice and polite & we were seen promptly for our appointments, but i personally am disappointed in how mine turned out. the shape is too wide, the base color too bright, and the design is so thin you can barely see it:. i did have other nails on that had grown out a lot and were lifting and painful, so i do appreciate the time and care they put into gently removing the old set. i can take some responsibility for how mine came out as i didn’t realize the base color was off til it was too late to say anything, and i’m shy so im not one to speak up or ask for corrections. but overall im a bit disappointed and will probably try another salon next time"

"I shared a really bad experience my daughter and I had here and the review was removed!! Beware of Tiffany, She says she can do acrylics but she really can’t. When we went there there was no manager and the staff refused to call the owner when we asked and instead called 911 on us!! And then they locked us in and tried to physically stop us from leaving. I was going to call 911 (they were in essence holding us hostage) but they finally called the owner. We ended up being almost 30 minutes late to an appointment I had because of this. On left is what we got (after my daughter told her how to “fix” it, it was so much worse initially) on right what she had asked for"

No one in the salon was rushed and everyone seemed very happy with their services. I really appreciated the wide selection of options and how skilled all the technicians were. I can't wait to go back."
