"I slightly understand why the reviews are the way they are and this is a honest review. I went there yesterday just wanting a pedicure. The lady was sweet don’t get me wrong, but why would you just have me sit in a bowl of water? You didn’t turn on the Jets you didn’t even put nothing in the water to soak or anything you just have my feet sitting in water. Secondly, I asked for my feet not to be trimmed down so far and I like my toes more square shape I got the opposite. One of my toes so far that it’s sensitive now. I felt like I was so rushed mainly all that you did was have my feet in water pull the soap on my feet, scrub them, push back my cuticles and then put polish on my feet and then have nerve charge $50 for a half service. I feel kind of cheated because the person next to me had a spa experience. You just set me in lukewarm water. Personally, everything that was done I could’ve did it at home way cheaper because you didn’t do any type of spa with your pedicure for me to be paying $50-$60. the same because like I said the lady was nice but I wouldn’t no longer come back to this location. I refuse to pay $50-$60 for a $25 job. Other locations I paid around the same price, And they actually do a spa experience. So, I really don’t understand why y’all charging so much with little work. Again, I won’t come back. I just wanted to speak my experience."

"Do not waste your $$$ Leean did my pink and white, which I was overcharged paid 105$ with tip. That’s always the case with this location. The problem is that her work broke in less than 2 weeks! I’ve been wearing acrylics for over 15yrs and have never ever had a nail completely break off in less than 2 weeks. I came in on Labor Day and had an old pushy lady take me towards the back station. This witch actually had the nerve to stop my service all because I complained about the nails being completely crooked. Literally had one hand soaking in acid, and her crooked acrylics glued on the other and she refused to complete service. The level of professionalism goes for all the locations Avalon and the smelly, no-air , dusty dungeon downstairs UA nails. (The dark-skinned tech and the one with the glasses that sits next to her) both rude and will stop service if you correct anything! The owner owns all the locations in the mall. She’s a very polished lady but I don’t understand why her techs are SO nasty, rude, with subpar skills. They overcharge because that’s the hustle! However, without the skills to back it up, you are just literally stealing from hard working people. DO BETTER AND RETRAIN YOUR NAIL TECHS! Mediocre gel manicures at best! Do not visit the mall locations, keep driving to Rockville! I’m going to support IG artist. I AM ABSOLUTELY DONE PAYING TOP $$$$$ for mediocre, rushed, rude work!"

"The worst experience. Worst service ever. Never go to this place again. Wasting money and energy. I had very bad experience, there's a lady her name Tina very unprofessional , not nice, aggressive. She starts fighting with me and refused to do my nails and asked me to find another place after been waiting for 2 hours!! This is all because I asked her to change the nail polish as it was very very bad quality and she was just started even she did not finish 5 toes!! then all the team starts talking, screaming by their language so I cant understand what they were talking about and ignoring me. very un professional and unethical! When I asked to talk to the manager, they did not care and They said try to call her. I will never ever go to this place. I would give zero star."

"Don't come here. My gel nail polish chipped the same day and they didn’t even care enough to fix it. They just filed the nail down so now I have one nail shorter than all the other ones and uneven in shape. It would’ve been easier for them and better customer service to just fix the nail polish on the nail but that’s too much work apparently."

"I got a full set gel and pedi yesterday and this was one of the worst treatments i've EVER gotten. Last night one of my toe nails chipped and you can see parts of my real nails under the gel. I wish I would've read the reviews of this place before attending to save my time. I should've walked out when I could not find the colors I initially wanted and they continued to tell me they were going to find the colors but never did. I came in with pictures of what I wanted and they deceived me into these horribly shaped and done nails and complete opposite color of what I wanted. The tech then proceeded to tell me after finishing my nails that I needed to come in with the name and brands of the colors I wanted or they won't be able to get me the right color. If you knew you didn't have the colors why not tell me that before I sat down for your bad service. I also did not receive a proper leg and arm massage for my $80 payment. They also don't have the prices listed anywhere in the salon which was a huge red flag. This was one of the most unprofessional shops I've went to and they have completely turned me off from going to any other predominately asian nail salons. It seems like a reoccurring thing with these types of nails salons that they don't update their skills and nail colors and choose not to complete the customers needs. You all also do not shape the nails properly so that they grow in better. The customer service is always horrible and you all make a bad rep for yourselves. If we are coming in to spend over $50 for a service we're coming to use as a time to relax and get pampered, DO YOUR JOB! Are the techs even licensed in this salon??? Throw the entire salon away! I'm warning anyone thinking of going here, DONT. Unless you like poorly done nails and horrific customer service."
