"This salon literally burned my skin under my brows and has caused scarring due to their wax. When I pointed out the horrible mistake that they made, the brow lady tried to say if I used certain skincare (??) it was my fault that I got burned …. It had nothing to do with the fact that she literally burned and scarred me with hot wax. I went to urgent care to get it looked at immediately after the incident. The manager took my information and told me the owner Kim would call to discuss, but I have received no calls at all. This was beyond terrible in terms of what they did to my skin and then the total denial and lack of follow up or care about what their staff did. I don’t know how this place is still in business - look at all these other reviews of how they are literally hurting people they are providing services to."

Iv had the worst experience ever BEBE is supposed to be one of the best nail teqnique in the store she ruined my nails all lumps and uneven French and gave me no satisfaction walked away and wasn’t willing to fix them way over prices don not go to this salon if you want a nice set of nails all reviews on this site is FAKE !!!"

"The salon esthetic is nice. However, the service leaves a lot to be desired. My tech rushed through my service and did not do a good job. My daughter was unhappy with her service as well. Her nails were damaged during her service. The tech broke her nail and was very rough to the point of pain. I will not say they were profiling us but I will say there was a visible difference in customer service and service between “us” and “none us” customers."

"Been getting my nails done by Tommy here for months, and have always been happy with his work. Well I went in the other day because I needed a new set of acrylics and he wasn’t in, so I was with some other lady. I showed her a picture of what I want, simple nude stiletto nails. (I attached the photo as well) what I received was NOTHING like what I asked for. The color was wrong, they put shiny top coat on instead of matte, my nails are all different lengths and shapes, and have a horrible curve. Not to mention the price was 100$ which I was not aware of until time to pay. Their price was listed at 45$ with a 6$ extra for length. I paid but was very unhappy with the service and went back to speak to the owner, when they realized I wanted a refund or for them to be fixed free of charge, they told me they cannot give out the owners number, she doesn’t come into the store and then proceeded to ignore me for 20 minutes until I left. These people are HORRIBLE and do not deserve any of the money they have wrongfully taken from me. their quality of service is horrible, using chop shop products and not caring about customer satisfaction. They purposely ignored me and refused to offer any solutions. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau, as that is the most I can do since no one in this establishment is willing to fix their mistakes. Below is the picture of what I showed the nail tech, and what I ended up getting. You should be ashamed of yourselves."

"Seko is an amazing permanent makeup artist. She is great at was she does and is super calm. It was my first time getting ombre brows and I'm so happy with it. I started scabing which is normal and will be back for a touch up in several weeks. I would 10/10 recommend her. Many friends have complemented my brows. I could not have wanted my brows to be done by anyone else."
