"Made a same day appointment for a very straightforward trim on my long hair. The stylist seemed annoyed and barely interacted with me. I did not get a mirror to see the back of the cut, which is a shame because at home I was able to see it was not even. Disappointed I will have to spend more money, time, and loose more hair to fix."
