"I went to Bubbles last night for partial foil highlights and received not only quality service but also had such a wonderful time interacting with Vickie, my stylist, and Mei, another skilled stylist on the floor. They worked very hard to find just the shade I was hoping for. The two are clearly close and made for a very thorough, detailed, attentive, and amusing evening! I have never had my hair done by two people at once, and their energy together was a fun ending to a tiring day as a toddler mom. I have gone to Bubbles since I was an adolescent, and have always really valued the quality and affordable service. Next time I am back to visit family, I will be booking with Mei or Vickie.
