St Christopher's Inn London Bridge: The Inn
● Closed“Best place to stay in London! Simply can't say enough good things about this hostel! The staff are friendly, kind and very accommodating. The rooms are clean and there's free lockers under every bed (bring your own lock). There's lots of bathrooms, also very clean. Best of all, there's an awesome pub just downstairs that really comes alive at night. It can get a little noisy with the live music at night, but the staff give you a really good quality pair of earplugs upon arrival. Don't let the noise bother you though, go downstairs and join in! The environment is very inviting and you immediately feel at home! This is a great hostel to make new friends and meet people from all around the world. Thank you all so much for such a great stay, will definitely be returning!”

Moxy London Stratford
● Open“Dear Moxy, I was a guest in your hotel in February 2023 and need to say, it was a very good experience. We had some issues with our room which the very polite team immediately solved. The hotel is really recommendable and is at a perfect location, there is a tube station which is 3 minutes away as well as a shopping center and much more. It was really worth it, keep up the good work. Thank you! Cheers Stefan”

Moxy London Excel

Blakes Hotel London
● Open“We went to the Blakes hotel restaurant last Saturday night without a reservation. We were greeted warmly then treated with delicious food and excellent service!!! Simone was our waiter and he served us brilliantly while regularly coming over to check that everything was okay during our meal - which it always was. Marta is one of the managers there and was excellently attentive while also ensuring that our experience was formidable. Classy, sophisticated, delicious with impeccable standards and service!”

Malmaison London
● Open“One night stay for business and overall very pleased. I didn’t have food at the hotel so only reviewing the room. Pros: - Excellent reception staff, very friendly and helpful - Spotlessly clean room, good temperature, small but nicely decorated, comfortable bed -Nice bathroom with lovely toiletries. I appreciated the eco theme of the room as large refillable bottles are provided instead of single use plastic bottles. This also means no slippers, bathrobe, toothpaste etc. so make sure to bring your own. Cons: - relatively thin walls so you can expect some noise especially if you are near the stairs or lifts. However the hotel appears to be a refurbished listed building so any similar hotels would have the same problem.”

Illy Caffè, London
● Closed“Super nice café inside the park plaza hotel. Staff is really nice and kind. I am an ex barista and lemme tell you the coffee is AMAZING. The barista was a Spanish guy the did one of the best coconut mocha I've ever had in London. It's a bit pricy tho 9.50 for 2 mochas, but the place and atmosphere is nice and is inside a hotel so it costs more.”
-
The Tower Arms Hotel
● Closed“I loved it! Great cosy pub, friendly staff, lovely clean room, decent breakfast and amazing price. You could pay 3x this for a soulless stay in a chain hotel.”
-
The Warrington Hotel
● Closed“The location is very close to central london attractions. Pretty place, with lots of locals and... Americans. Great service now they reopened after the lockdown renovation. Good beverages, haven't tried food, yet, the kitchen is waiting to reopen. Plenty of outdoor tables and friendly staff. Overall recommend”

Westow House Pub & Hotel
● Closed“I didn't stay in any rooms but had a drink. The atmosphere is welcoming. The staff are nice. At the time they hadn't had the full menu of drinks as delivery issues. The bar could be made a bit larger as people tend to stay at the bar drinking and taking the space. Otherwise nice pub.”
-
The Railway Tavern Hotel
● Closed“Nice locals pub. Opens at 14.00 most of the weekdays, good prices, and fast service. Sadly the kitchen is now closed, and now another company leases the area and does just Carribean food. Also the hotel is closed, so just a bar now.”

-
Moxy London Heathrow Airport
● Open“Just came here for a cuppa hot chocolate with my partner. Place is fantastic to chill or even for a quick date. So chill and relaxing. The only disadvantage of it is that a chocolate is £4 and if you want a flavour, it's an additional £2. For a small cup of hot chocolate £6 is too much compared to other big brand coffee stores, but the taste of chocolate was nice.”

The Hindes Hotel
● Open“Exactly what you want…. A fair priced hotel in a good location in regards to the hospital, straight away i was given a very friendly warm welcome from the owner/manager who you can tell wants the best for his customers and i can really respect the effort he puts in to make sure everyone is happy. Ive got the double room which is perfect for what i need, all amenities which you require for a short stay. Cleanliness here is nothing to worry about as the cleaner does a superb job. Beds are comfy and the bathroom/shower is clean and welcoming which isn’t usually the case in small independent hotels with affordable rates. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in this area or staying over night to do a parexel study, this is the place to stay, better supporting the locals than the big chain around the corner.”

OYO The Green Man Pub And Hotel
● Open“I’ve never heard of this pub before but recently attended a wedding for Adrian and Deborah. The venue was really nice and the transformation was incredible. Staff were very friendly, smiley and helpful. Drink prices were very reasonable and I really enjoyed the outside terrace space. This is a great venue for private events and I look forward to coming back to have a pint and watch the footy.”

DoubleTree by Hilton London - Chelsea
● Open“The entire experience in the hotel was fantastic, nothing to complain about ! Rooms are quite comfortable, spacious and well equipped (even with a kettle and accessible plugs for 'European design'). The location of the hotel is excellent: a few kilometres from the center of London and a train station in 1 minute walk away . The professionalism of the staff is also to be highlighted. We have made our check-in with Harris, who in a very smooth and didactic way gave us the most important information about the reservation and facilities. The Housekeeping team is highest quality as well; the room was in the best condition as possible when we arrived, and the cleaning service the day after was successfully completed. We also really liked the fact that the workers greeted us when we passed each other in the corridor. It is something that seems to be unimportant, but I think it does matter and you do it ! Finally, the bar has a long and diverse menu of food and drinks to offer, and they have the possibility to deliver in room. The girl who was there when I went to have a drink was quite pleasant in her guest treat and efficient doing her work. Congratulations to the whole team !”

The W14 Kensington Hotel
● Open“Just over £300 for a triple room for 2 nights including continental breakfast on a Fri/Sat. I thought it was very good for the price. A great location, close to multiple stations and restaurants by foot. On a nice, safe residential street. Decor was modern and clean. Reception staff were kind, understanding and helpful. A suggestion to management would be to add a decent shaving mirror as the mirror/lighting in the bathroom could be better. Look forward to returning.”
-
Heeton Concept Hotel - Luma Hammersmith
● Open“Hotel is in a great location with good connections, it’s just a few minutes walk from the next tube station and has a direct transfer link to LHR airport. The room was clean and modern, staff were very friendly and accommodating too! Highly recommend and will definitely come back.”
-
Radisson Blu Edwardian Grafton Hotel, London
● Open“I had a lovely stay here. I somehow managed to pick a quiet room, bit of an odd shape and the lighting is quite harsh, I asked housekeeping if they had a lamp and they brought one straight up. The overhead lighting was too much. It could benefit from lamps in the room to create a better ambience. The bedding was wonderful, a really great quality mattress topper. I slept like a baby. The room has everything you need. The breakfasts were outstanding. I had a 4 day stay so tried something different every day. The staff are really kind and genuine. This would be my go to hotel. It even has a lovely little gym. Also a nice touch was an ice machine on my floor which I used. Water in the room. Fridge, ironing board and iron. Hairdryer. Tea and coffee. Lovely products in the bathroom. Great temperature controls or fresh air from the windows. I stayed at the back of the hotel incase of traffic noise. You are essentially on top of the tube but I actually found that lulled me to sleep! Highly recommend.”
-
Church Street Hotel
● Open“I stayed here for 2 nights & then came back a couple of days later to stay another night as my husband was in Kings Hospital. The staff were always helpful, amazing and supportive. Rooms were lovely and well kept. Breakfast was also lovely. I can’t thank all the staff enough including the housekeepers. Will always stay when we are up that way.”
-
Hard Rock Hotel London
● Open“A part of a weekend away package. The service was excellent, the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful, they even manage to squeeze us in for a meal on a busy Saturday. As expected full of rock memorabilia the hotel is worth a visit if you're not staying. Very close to Hyde Park, bonus for us as we sat on the grass listening to the Rolling Stones in concert. The only issue We had was the toilet was very close to the sink and a bit of a squeeze. Otherwise worth every penny.”
