“I went to the Dentistry department at The Smart Clinics, had teeth whitening done by Dr Manuel Vila and the whole patient journey couldn't have been better. It was easy to book the appointments, the reception staff was really friendly and the atmosphere in the surgery feels very comfortable and warm. TV on the ceiling and you can choose your own music!! It's fantastic! I've never been to the dentist with a TV on the ceiling... At the same time it's very professional. The colour of my teeth has improved a lot and I haven't even finished the whitening treatment yet. Great results! Big thanks to The Smart Clinics Team! Would definitely recommend. “I first used Olive Health & Travel Clinic back in the early days of covid. I used them for my daughters and I Fit to Fly tests. We received a professional and courteous service. I used them again recently for my Day 2 and again the same professional and speedy service. I really do recommend them, they're prompt and precise. Always nice women in that place. Can't fault them at all. I've used other places inbetween that haven't been as nice or efficient. Think I will stick to them from now on.”

“First I was bit unsure about this online consultation service. I have booked this for my mother who came from abroad. We booked it in Webber Pharmacy Harrow. The staff over there was very helpful and everything was neat and clean. We got to see Dr Abbey who was really friendly, knowledgeable and listened to everything and aske all necessary questions. She asked me to check her temperature, discussed the symptoms and asked me to show the affected area with medical specialist web camera. It was really easy to use. Overall the system was used friendly. Once the consultation finished then she sent the prescription to the pharmacy so we just had to pick up the medicines from there and go. I really recommend this service as well as Webber pharmacy. I didn't feel much difference between face to face appointment and this online GP consultation. It saved both my money and time. Thank you.”

“From travel vaccinations to routine appointments I’ve visited the practice on several occasions over the last few months and can only say the experience has been excellent. Antonella and Jane are warm, friendly and very efficient, can usually get an appointment within 10 days for non-urgent or same day if urgent. Maybe things were better in a mythical past but hard pressed to find a GP surgery offering much better at present when stretched. Have had very good telephone appointments that were on time for things that don’t need to be seen in person and effective, on time in-person appointments. I’d read the reviews before moving into the area and St. John’s was one of the few places accepting patients, naturally was a bit concerned. The reality is on recent experience, this is a very good GP practice where you CAN get an appointment. Unrealistic expectations of a stretched service do not provide a representative view of the practice.”

“I've never had any concerns re the medical centre. Staff friendly, medicals professional. I note the QCQ have given inadequate status. I'll read the report but ì know majority of surgeries have not had things easy especially due to the pandemic.”
