"Worst GP Practice ever. There is not one good thing about this place. Dr Madden is the rudest doctor i have ever come across and a complete jobsworth. I’d rather travel and find another GP which is on my to do list to change from this waste of space practice."

"Terrible. Always holding on the phone for ages, gp is reluctant to see patients face to face, receptionist always asks personal information which is off putting. I am always receiving texts from them which I didn't sign up for and there is no option to delete the service. It used to be great but now I have no confidence in the practice at all. Furthermore do you think I have nothing better to do than wasting my phone credit being constantly told that I am number 1 in the queue. If I am number 1 then surely there is no queue."

"I am very disappointed with Abbey Road Medical Practice as its website clearly states it will be open untill 8pm on Wednesdays , which is was not , when I arrived there on December 28th 2022 at 7pm . I only went there in the evening to book an appointment as I could not book an appointment over the phone because nobody answered the phone earlier that day , which , if you use this practice will know , happens on a regular basis ."

"Currently on hold for 57 minutes. I was number 3 in the que when I started and my call has still not been picked up lol these rude receptionists just sit there and when they do finally pick up the phone, they give you 30 seconds of talk time with an attitude. Don’t get me started on some of the dr’s in this surgery who have made my 1 year olds on-going condition worse by not treating him properly!"

"This is the worse GP you can ride. I had an appointment with Dr Sen two weeks ago now and I still haven’t received any treatment that was promised. I don’t even want to get in to how dismissive he was over the phone, our conversation was around 1 minute. He asked for me to send a picture over the weekend, so that he can give me a call back on Monday and yet I am still waiting for that call back. Since then I have called the reception 5x and they either tell me he’s not in or that they’ll speak to him. Lets not forget each time I call the reception I’m on the phone waiting list for 45 minutes. The issue that I am having with my scalp has become so bad since then that i am not able to sleep during the night and I make myself bleed. I couldn’t have imagined a doctor being unempathetic and careless with his patients."
