"How can it be a good GP practice if doctors finish their work at 4.30pm? Why do they say Gp works till 18.30? For a working person it is practically imposible to see them because doctors do not work on Saturday."

"Should be shut down completely!!! Useless. Been calling for a week straight, always 9th in the queue and then I am next in line and just before my turn robot says all appointments are booked now. Every single time. Useless, awful!!!"

"I would like to praise Becontree Medical Centre. My partner and I have NEVER had a problem with the staff, appointments, referrals or anything in general. The staff have always gone above and beyond, the clinicians have always been thorough and respectful. I understand that not everyone has had the same good experiences as my partner and I, that's why we give reviews, to learn from them, but I am genuinely shocked with some insulting reviews. I do believe that you should treat others how you wish to be treated yourself. Not everything is the receptionist fault! Having worked in a big surgery like this one myself, I fully understand the pressure that everyone is under and the workload is getting bigger by the day, so many needs to be met as a surgery. I also feel that some people need to take into consideration how big the population is now, how many hours there are in a day and how thankful we should be that we have free medical care on the NHS! And finally, one thing for sure, you can't please everyone all of the time. Patients should also learn to have more patience!"
