"My first interaction with Olive was less than satisfactory and I did leave a review to reflect my disappointment. On reflection and the excetional service I got at my following appointment I have removed it. Despite my negative review previously they did not hesitate to offer me an appointment. Once at the appointment the clinician explained exactly why the previous appointment was cancelled which I now believe was beyond their control. My recent appointment was first class. The procedure didn't go exactly to plan which was entirely my fault. The owner was keen to complete the procedure and came to my home the next day to complete it. This was over an hour drive each way. The clinic understood the importance of my procedure and the possible knock results on if I didn't complete it as required. The home visit which I considered above and beyond sucessfully completed my treatment. Special thanks to Hina for her expertise and dedication to completing the treatment."

"I have visited this clinic many times over the years for vaccinations, bloods and COVID tests. I have always found the best service possible. Staff are polite, efficient and helpful and will go out of their way to deliver the best experience. My daughter also had bloods here and will not go anywhere else. I have recently moved over an hour drive away from this area but I will keep coming back. Honestly have not read a single bad review that has any merit to it. You can't complain about the upfront and clear price of a private healthcare provider. I have also been quoted way more for blood tests elsewhere."

"I first used Olive Health & Travel Clinic back in the early days of covid. I used them for my daughters and I Fit to Fly tests. We received a professional and courteous service. I used them again recently for my Day 2 and again the same professional and speedy service. I really do recommend them, they're prompt and precise. Always nice women in that place. Can't fault them at all. I've used other places inbetween that haven't been as nice or efficient. Think I will stick to them from now on."
