"I am jsut waiting for 2 years of an appointment, the doctor gave me a creme to solve the problem (which it was for something else). When I asked what happened with ym referal they said they dont have it anymore - while I was waiting 6 months for someone to call me for an appoitment. I am paying taxes for a very bad service and lack of empathy extremly slow service"

"They worst gp in the world with the very bad attentions all of the ladies for receptions are so rude . If you live near just change your gp because they never help .You can have 3 years fighting with them for one fisical appoiment , they just have telephone appoiment , is full of neglect they kill people for waiting them to had the appoiments . Is terrorífic"

"My dad has been waiting over a month now for follow up ENT appointment. He meant to get a letter with next appointment to attend after 2 weeks. No letter. Whenever we call no one never answers the calls. My dad went there yesterday no one was able to help him as reception said they have nothing to do with ENT. So unprofessional. Don't care about people"

"The centre service is more improve like the phone service is note better, the queue for emergency is better for waiting time,drop and collecting prescriptions on opening prescription time,new patient registration on open hours..drop in clinic, therapies, advice bureau still open and many more, Be Kind to one another, :-)"
