Doctors have phoned me back within an hour and been efficient and helpful. Receptionists in particular have gone the extra mile to find help or solutions or fit me in to speak to a doctor or arrange a home visit often at short notice."

They correct identified my husband had a heart condition and just last week they pulled out all the stops to get me help with a gallbladder infection. Dr Ahmed was kind, patient and very helpful with my condition. This surgery still offers wonderful care after all these years."

"Horrible service! I was completely unsupported throughout the pregnancy, though my hospital sent a few letters to the surgery. When my hospital finally insisted I need to see a GP during weeks 32, 34, 38 (they said GPs have special funding for those cases), they refused the appointments. Moreover, the receptionist (Paula) theatrically laughed during the phone call. Really?! I was with the other GP practice in a different area before and never had issues getting help from GP. With this surgery, I feel stressed and helpless every time I need medical advice."
