"This surgery is hopeless beyond belief. Restricting patient access to care, not responding to complaints and a failure to meet the basic principals of the BMA around duty of care. You cannot even complain online unless its within office hours - just ridicoulous. Dr Sevenoaks or whoever is the lead of the partnership should hang his head in shame. Thankfully Covid cannot mask your incompetence any longer."
