"Friendly staff; clean room; nice restaurant; lovely grounds; BUT no Wi-Fi in room (used lobby Wi-Fi); lift not working (wasn't working 5 mos ago, either); car park flooded extensively during heavy rainfall."

"Nice room. Didn't think much of the restaurant. Parking lot had about 3 inches of water in it. My only HUGE complaint was that an outside door was left propped open all night."

"After arriving we where greeted by a very friendly gentleman (cole) he gave us our room card and directed us to our room. It was very small and practically falling apart, After 45 minutes of contemplating whether or not to complain I plucked up the courage to do so (which I do not normally do) After explaining my problems such as the wardrobe not opening due to a light being in the way, the door handle falling off of the toilet door aswell as the obvious damp from the top of the room, we where shown to a different room which was perfect a queen sized bed, coffee machine, TV, working air con and heating aswell as a beautiful bathroom with a working handle. Cole was amazing and probably the reason I'm rating 3 stars (otherwise it would be less). PAT test was also 4 years out of date"

"Had afternoon tea here today and it was the best we've ever had. The food was delicious and plenty of it, the staff were very attentive and friendly. We have been here several times and it never disappoints. Would highly recommend it for a lovely treat."
