"The best-ever B&B stay! A beautifully appointed property, with look and feel easily on par with five-star hotel accommodation, in a quiet residential area just a stone's throw from the world-famous Botanical Gardens and Kew Gardens (District Line) tube & overground railway station - 11 miles/18 km/less than half an hour by taxi to Heathrow Airport. We had the Grey Suite and were truly impressed by the high quality of the tasteful furnishings and the loving attention to detail throughout the property, as well as the warm welcome by the wonderfully attentive Anna who provided individual breakfast service! The only downside: we only stayed for one night, but are sure to return on any future trips to London. Warmly recommended!"

"Came and stayed to visit kew gardens. Only 5 min walk! Lovely area with restaurants and a good pub. Rooms were spotless, lovely and very comfortable. Owner friendly and helpful. Massive posh shower. Would definitely recommend. Only negative is accessibility. Tight steep stairs at points. Not an issue for most tho! Veggie breakfast only which was very very tasty and as beautifully presented as the rest of the house"
