"There was no rush to try different mattresses in the Dartford store and good advice was offered. Staff were friendly. The receipt machine wasn't working and stuff on the laptops in the store were a bit slow. I had a manager write out a makeshift receipt on the printed out info about the mattress. Not ideal but was dealt with and apologised for. I did have to wait 5 weeks for the mattress to turn up which again wasn't ideal but I was kept informed at all stages by text message and the mattress was delivered on the date and within the time specified. The delivery team were good and polite. Overall I'd say it was a good service I would have given 5 stars if not for the issues I mentioned"

"Our bed firstly turned up without the right amount of wheels and feet and then the men building it discovered the mechanism for the ottoman was broken. After waiting 6 weeks for this delivery we now have to wait 4-6 weeks for a replacement bed. Not happy at all!"
