Benham & Reeves - City of London Estate Agents
● Closed“I am so glad I found my apartment through Benham & Reeves. Deimante was our agent and she’s honestly been a gem throughout the process of finalizing our apartment. These past few months, the market has been crazy and after getting in touch with her it was smooth sailing. She was so quick and efficient with her responses and she took initiative and consideration for each of our concerns. I would highly recommend her!”

Barehams Boarding & Daycare Centre
● Open“Tried to use self service dog wash for my boy today who has spinal condition, can be very stubborn and extra large breed. So unfortunately couldn't get him in the bath as he is too heavy to lift. Staff were very helpful and understanding and gave me refund no questions asked. Staff explained fully how to use machine and machine seemed very user friendly just shame couldn't get my boy in it. Definitely recommend for other people to try, that doesn't have x-large breed that requires lifting. Great customer service.”

Bankside Hotel, Autograph Collection
● Open“Loved our stay at the Bankside! The hotel is fun, well styled and very comfortable with a gorgeous breakfast. The highlight of our stay was the extraordinary hospitality. Especially Mariana, whose customer service was truly world class. Her “the sky’s the limit” approach to anticipating and meeting our needs resulted in a fantastic stay, including booking in room massages for us. We look forward to returning to the Bankside!”

Tarbay Centre Kennels and Cattery
● Closed“We recently boarded our dog on the weekend with them and it was really positive experience. The dogs are well take care of as there's a daily schedule full of activities and our puppy was looking so happy and relaxed when we picked her up. To make things even better the price is really affordable and they also have day care options. The only downsize is that it's quite far from the city center but that shouldn't be a problem if you have a car.”

Canopy by Hilton London City
● Open“My daughter & I spent 9 nights here before the beginning of her study-abroad program. We'd selected a hotel in eastern London to be closer to the Goldsmith's campus; this was lucky for us as we happened to be there during the funeral for Queen Elizabeth II (thus we were well out of the way of the crowds and closed-off streets). The room was comfortable and had a great shower. Loved the comfort of the beds and pillows. Room service was fast and great. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. The hotel is 2 or 3 minutes from a Tube station which was very convenient. The Tower of London/Tower Bridge was about 8 minutes walking time away. Felt perfectly safe in the neighborhood and many pubs & restaurants were within 20 minutes walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.”

Star Hotel
● Open“1. Egur and the rest of the team were outstanding and helped us so much throughout the stay. We did last minute extension due to their outatanding service. 2. The room was clean, on the ground floor and comfortable. I rarely feel comfortable sleeping on the pillows when travelling but felt good sleeping on the star hotel pillows. 3. They took good care of our bags after we checked-out and did not hesitate to provide us with all the necessary support. 4. The hotel location was perfect with Tesco right in a front of it, a bus stop that takes you to/from the subway in under 10 mins, and restaurants all over the place. 5. Good value for money and the rooms are priced correctly. 6. Wifi service was perfect, and they gave me adapter and a cable to charge my cell phone. If anything, I think 10:30 check-out time is too early - perhaps add 30 mins or 1 hour - but this wasnt an issue for me.”

Roomzzz Aparthotel London Stratford
● Open“The apartment was spotlessly clean and really nice for the price. We were really happy with our stay. Lovely friendly staff, good location for shopping and tube, comfortable beds and a decent price. We will definitely be booking with Roomzzz again.”

The Nook Pet Hotel
● Open“My dog loves this place, he's only too happy to trot off with the staff, he is well cared for while we're away”
-
The Ampersand Hotel
● Open“Definitely a nicer hotel than usual for us, but still very reasonable, especially for London. Great, friendly, helpful staff. Wonderful room, with lots of nice touches, even a rubber ducky for the bathtub. Perfect location right by the South Kensington tube stop. Great neighborhood with lots of bakeries (Gail's!!!) and eateries.”

Fox & Anchor Hotel
● Open“It's been some years since I've been here and it was a pleasure to revisit this Farringdon gem. Lovely and cosy and we thoroughly enjoyed our bangers and mash.”
-
Conrad London St. James
● Open“I stayed here for a week with my family while traveling for work. Our room was very clean and cleaning/refreshing was offered daily. I was gone most of each day, but thought everyone was very nice and accommodating. Staff were happy to help with taxis, umbrellas, and gave me converters for electronics after I realized I left mine at home. My family was at the hotel much more than I was, and they had great things to say about the staff, food, etc.”
-
Premier Inn London Wimbledon (Broadway) hotel
● Open“I stayed in a family room. The room was clean and there was a good cot for our baby. But the staff were the real standout. When our 3 year old was sick in the middle of the night, the staff were incredibly helpful providing towels, clean bedding very quickly.”

Aparthotel Adagio London Brentford
● Open“I will come back to Adagio Aparthotel. Although my time in the hotel has been very short during the day, because i spent most of my time in London, the hours i’ve been in there, i haven’t come by any problem. Everything was 10 out of 10, and specially the Service and more precisely William. I asked him about the best route to London and through the city and he recommended me various options that turned out to be very good. Kudos to him.”
-
K+K Hotel George Kensington
● Open“Definitely seems like this hotel should be at least twice the price per night. Great location close to the underground station, beautiful outside and great breakfast. Rooms have everything you could need. Staff is helpful. No complaints!”
-
hub by Premier Inn London Westminster, St James's Park hotel
● Open“Once arriving in London, we took the underground to our hotel located near the heart of London. The hub by Premier Inn was by far the cheapest “decent” hotel in London (without resorting to a hostel). Upon arrival, we were notified that we were too early to check in. They also mentioned that they were replacing the beds in all rooms and it might take a bit longer than normal. We left our bags with the main desk and continued on with our day. Once we came back, we checked in and opened the door to a quaint and modern hotel room. Everything was very clean and tidy. It’s worth to note that the amount of storage here was incredible. They utilize the space well and doesn’t make anyone feel they are in tight quarters. The water pressure was spectacular and the water was always warm/hot. The front desk helped us make travel arrangements after checking out of the hotel and were pretty friendly. Overall, this would be where I stay if I need an inexplicable hotel option in London.”
-
citizenM London Shoreditch Hotel
● Open“Everything is very convenient and just right. Location is really great and you can feel like you became an East Londoner! Room is very compact but I liked it. Staff is always friendly and nice and say hi to you. The lady who let me check in very early (9am but this was an exception) did it without making a big deal and she was super cool. Definitely coming back!!”

Hart Shoreditch Hotel London, Curio Collection by Hilton
● Open“Beautifully appointed and conveniently located boutique-feel hotel. Staff was kind and helpful. Our stay was made super comfortable by our room's spacious layout, a fabulously plush bed and amenities like a Marshall speaker and the possibility to cast our own content on the television. The location can't be beat in hip Shoreditch where you'll find lots of good places to eat and drink and plenty of things to do. As i write this review I'm currently staying at another Hilton operated hotel in a different area of London for work and I wish I was back at the Hart... Highly recommend.”
-
Hyatt House London Stratford
● Open“Great hotel. Staff was amazing and very helpful and accommodating. They took great care of me and my guests. I will be staying at this property again in the future.”
-
ibis London Canning Town
● Open“We stayed in this hotel Fri-Mon as a base to explore London. Wow we were impressed. Firstly the staff, everyone we spoke to were super friendly and really helpful. Secondly, the laid back lobby/cafe area had a really great vibe, we were happy spending a few hours in here one evening. They offered us two free drinks as we joined their membership (completely free and just a touch of a link). The breakfast was perfect, cooked well and great selection. The room has everything you need, good size and extremely quiet. We didn’t hear anything outside of our room. The wifi is good throughout, the beds are really comfy and there are spare cushions in the rooms. Checkout is 12 which is great for London! Location wise, this is just outside of the tube station (jubilee line) so couldn’t be more convenient, we recommend heading towards the o2 for great restaurants, dockside walks and the cable car only 1 stop away or 15 minute walk. 10/10 would recommend and we would definitely book an Ibis again.”

Flight Centre
● Closed“Darren organised a pretty complex trip to Aus for my Brother, Mother and I and COVID unfortunately completely turned things upside down with numerous rebookings, refunds etc. Exceptional effort and as we always do we will continue to book our travel with Flight Centre - over the years they have made many of our trips so easy and so many times saved us from impossible dilemma's. Thanks so much team - awesome”

The Cavendish London Hotel
● Open“Every part of our stay was exceptional from start to end! We were warmly greeted at the front door where our luggage was taken and our car swiftly valet parked. Staff at reception were all friendly, warm and welcoming and we were offered a larger room or one with a view. (We chose the view!). Our room, on the 12th floor, had a gorgeous view of the Elizabeth Tower, London Eye etc. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection. (Items like Eggs Benedict do attract a surcharge, but fair enough.) When we checked out we decided to leave the car parked for a bit longer while we went shopping. As with everything else, that request was met with a smile and a friendly, positive reply. We were truly sad to leave and will definitely be back as soon as we can. Why this isn't a 5 star makes no sense as the ones we've stayed at, Intercontinental included, can't hold a candle to this gem!”

DUKES LONDON

They were incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. They made my trip to London so amazing with great suggestions & directions I felt at ease.”
-
Premier Inn London Uxbridge Town Centre hotel
● Open“Everything about this place is A1. The service levels nerd a special mention. Higher class hotels could learn from the staff at this branch.”
-
Hilton London Syon Park
● Open“This hotel is amazing, I stayed for 4 nights in the King deluxe room the rooms were clean & housekeeping team was lovely. The pool, spa & gym was fantastic, the only downside is having to pay a £20 fee to use the spa, besides that I Would definitely recommend and will be a returning guest!☺️”
-
The Pillar Hotel London
● Open“Wonderful experience here. The staff was professional and accommodating. The location is convenient. Restaurants and shuls all on the same block. Busses stop in front of the hotel for quick transportation to anywhere. If you stay for Shabbat and purchase their hospitality package, this is what your table looks like. They also provide a hotplate which is super hot (so watch out you don't burn your food). Would stay here again and again. Air conditioning was frigid and welcome after a hot day in the tube.”
-
Premier Inn London Tooting hotel
● Open“I stayed at the Premier Inn last month before moving into my flat in London and had a wonderful experience. I got there early and the staff kindly stored my four suitcases while I ran some errands. When I returned, the most lovely woman was working at the front desk. Her name is Consuelo and she is an absolute gem. Since I had so much luggage, I took two bags down to the room and before I could return to the front desk there was a knock at my door. Consuelo had brought the two suitcases weighing 45kg in total down to my room herself and made sure I got them. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. As a young female traveling solo I felt incredibly safe throughout my stay. The next few mornings Consuelo greeted me with a big smile and helped me with breakfast. I am gluten-free and the staff was super knowledgable and was able to give me a lovely GF breakfast of hash browns, bacon, GF toast, and loads of other goodies. Overall, I had a fabulous stay and will definitely recommend the Premier Inn in Tooting to any friends and family that visit. Thank you Consuelo for being so helpful and kind!”

Sanctum London Maida Vale Luxury Serviced Apartments
