Although it was busy, there was a good atmosphere and the service was very quick. The fight was being shown on various screens around the pub, and although that's not my thing, the rest of the atmosphere was good. One of the better branches in the chain.”

“This is a fantastic nursery. My daughter attended it before going to school and her speech and confidence skills improved quite significantly. She made loads of friends and the teachers were lovely. There was something new to learn every day, with frequent outside playing combined with indoors activities which would go from cooking, reading, drawing, arts & crafts, and letter tracing. There’s a very good follow up process in place and teachers give proper report daily. Food was great. I hope I’ll be able to find a place for my baby boy at Katey’s Kingston as I’d like to repeat the nice experience!”

“Came here on a Saturday evening, it was super busy but they had us sat down speedily. The service was attentive, fast, and friendly. I would 100% recommend the calamari, up there with the best I’ve had! The jungle curry is supposedly spicy but it was not spicy at all, and if you’re Bengali, it tastes like a traditional Bengali chicken curry with less spice!”

“This is the second time that I have been to Kingston tenpin bowling in the last few months. I have to say this experience was 100% better than my last experience. I appreciated the level of respect I received and reassurance that this visit would be better. I have to say that the communication I had with the area manager gave me perspective and made me have better respect because he truly understood the meaning of customer service and customer loyalty. We also had food and I really would recommend the ultimate burger with the crispy fries. When you first look at it it looks like it's not going to taste very nice or have much flavour. But from the first bite to the last chip I enjoyed every single bite and I would definitely order it again.”

“A friend of mine has two old rover 600's and he brings them here to get serviced for years. He bought them with over 100,000 miles on each and now has over 200,000 miles on one and almost 200,000 on the other. When I asked him for help in buying a car, he stressed the value in getting a rover 600 and told me as long as I bring it here, I could be sure to see at least another 100,000 before spending the same 400 quid the car would cost. I was sold and bought one. It was the best thing I ever done. I brought it here after purchase for m.o.t and they spotted a few things and charged me peanuts to fix them. I've had the car over two years now and I've only had to bring it in for minor repairs because Sam always keeps it in shape. To date, I've almost got another 100,000 miles on it because I drive to scotland often. My friend was right. With Sam taking care of my car, I haven't come close to spending what the car cost me to keep it running reliably. I highly recommend this shop. The professionalism is exceptional. I will never go to another mechanic ever. Thank you Sam. (wish I knew you sooner)”

“I stayed at short notice due to horrible plumbing issues at home meaning I couldn’t stay in my flat that night. I was feeling very upset and let down by the managing agent of the building I live in as they had not been very helpful. Then I was checked in by Irena. She was so kind, helpful and caring and really made me feel better and start to smile when all of wanted to do was cry or scream till then. The room was decent and the facilities were as expected.”

“This is my favourite Post Office in Kingston, hands down. I have been their regular customer for almost 2 years now, and even though I moved to a new place and have another, closer Post Office point (Kingston Hill), I still keep visiting Hawks Local. All of their staff is super helpful, they process my business shipments impressively fast (even as late as 9:30pm), and always with a smile.
