"The Customer Service from the staff at this store located Kingston upon Thames is the worst i've ever experienced. The staff are rude, impolite and ill mannered. They show little to no respect for Customers and as there are no consequences for Bad Behaviour they continue with this negative bravado. There are bad tempered and unhelpful staff around the store. There are ill mannered and unhelpful staff at the Checkout Kiosk There are from time to time awful Assistants at the Lottery Kiosk. When you ask to speak with a Manager they are either in a meeting or no one knows where they are, yet if a fire broke out then they would be able to find them. I would have left ZERO stars, however, its not an option. This store should NOT get any stars as I have seen their staff shout at Customers and then when proven wrong, failed to say sorry or apologise. I would NOT recommend this store and can not wait for LIDL to open across the road. LIDL pay their staff more and in my experience in other areas, having used their service deliver a higher level of Customer Service."
