"Upon going into this store at 9:15 on a Sunday evening not busy at all I asked the lady if I could quickly borrow the small hand trolley with wheels to quickly take my shopping around the corner as I had 15 stitches in my stomach from a serious operation and have been instructed not to lift heavy bags or anything heavy I live literally one minute from the store it would have got to the my house an come back to the shop within probably 3 minutes and I was told no. The amount of money I have spent in this store over the years since it's opened is absolutely ridiculous if the place was busy I would understand but it wasn't busy and I would have been back before anybody noticed what did she actually think I wanted to steal the basket or something if I wanted to steal it I wouldn't of asked I would have just walked out but I had the courtesy of asking and no respect back from the colleague to shut me down and I couldn't take away to shopping I needed. There's going to be a time in her life when maybe she mite need some help because she stuck in a place and what goes around comes around. It's about having a bit of compassion and understanding for your customers that return to your store day in an day out. In the time I have taken to write this review I would have been back to the shop dropping the basket off. So now you think about that and if one of your family members was in the same position how would they feel or how would you feel. Disgusting Sainsbury's."

"This is a small shop even for a Sainsbury’s local. So it’s a bit cramped and has a limited range of groceries. And although it has fish, chicken and beef, it never seems to have pork. There’s lots of artificial meat though."

"Just a terrible shop. 1 person serving when there's a long queue and the odd one or two, who are trying to look busy, just ignore you"

"Staff are helpful and polite which makes a nice change. I'd appreciate some variation in the lines carried every now and again but can't complain given the size of the shop. You could actually do a weekly shop in here if forced to but it's best for a quick thing you forgot."

"More frozen food and spirits need to be on display even if their locked cabinets it helps if you can look closely to decide what you need rather than doing it at cash register , then holding up queues because I like to browse"
