Premier Inn Swanley hotel
“Have had a lovely stay at premierr inn. The downfall was the lady , Charlotte , on the desk becoming so abusive and walking into my room without asking which i find very strange and concerns me that someone can walk into anyone room when im not there and when asked why she replied i can do what i want . Very unprofessional and very angry lady but ive taken this further as this isnt aloud to happen. When checking out late because of this she called the police who didnt turn up as was a waste of there time very strange experience and very abusive. I have had an apology from customer services and premierr inn but im not satisfied with just an apology as im a young mum and this was very scary for me . The rest of staff are so kind. The resturants staff are all so nice and friendly and really good with children too. So welcoming and kind. The manager Sarah is so lovely and has made our stay really nice. The food is also really good and the drinks. Thank you .”

“Very long and comfortable stay, no job has been too big or too small, staff very welcoming and friendly. Clean rooms, friendly staff all round a nice stay.”
ibis London Thurrock M25
“I enjoyed my stay here very much. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, it was quiet and plenty of space to put belongings. The room included towels and a hairdryer, as well as the hotel's own shower gel and shampoo, which was handy. The hotel provides you two hotel keys, even though I travelled alone, this was helpful. The card with keys was a voucher for a free complimentary drink at the bar, which was a nice touch. The staff were helpful and friendly, nice and quiet hotel, and offered a breakfast buffet, too pricey for me, so I opted out. The hotel is situated close to shops and bars and restaurants. Would definitely uyse again.”
Hotel Bluebells
“So far, the 1st night of three was comfortable and relaxing reasonably quiet. Recommend this hotel, great price and includes a breakfast.”
The Anson Hotel
“I recently had the opportunity to stay at The Anson Hotel in London, conveniently located near the Tufnell Park Underground Station, and I am excited to share my delightful experience with fellow travellers searching for a clean, modern, and well-connected place to stay in the city. The Anson Hotel boasts a prime location just a short walk from Tufnell Park Underground Station, providing easy access to London's major attractions, shopping areas, and vibrant food scene. The hotel is situated in a quaint neighbourhood, offering a serene retreat from the bustling city centre. The rooms exude modernity and style, with tasteful decor and a well-designed layout. While the hotel does not have a fitness centre, pool, or spa, its excellent location allows for easy access to nearby facilities catering to these needs.”
ibis budget London Whitechapel - Brick Lane
“It was perfect for our weekend in family. Our daughter loved her bunk bed. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Shower was very nice and hot, bed was comfy. Not much space in the room, but we did not need it either. Breakfast was better than expected. Staff nice and smiley. Would definitely return.”

Westciti Caroco Apart Hotel
“Positive: Kitchen has everything needed, big smart TV, big table, comfortable bed and sofa, heating, regular cleaning, gym, 10 minute walk to the train station. Great and friendly staff. Manager Muhammad is the best, helped me twice to extend the stay right before checkouts. Negative: Ceiling is pretty thin, so you can hear people above walking. Small things in the bathroom like loose toilet seat and leaky soap dispenser.”

“Stumbled in here by chance on a Monday night having arrived in London from Wales Excellent value. Delicious food... thw thai menu was a great surprise. My husband, who is more traditional, had a mixed grill... huge portions but not at the expence of quality . Good beer ,( local pale ale ) and wine (house Malbec). Exceeded our expectations”

Premier Inn Cobham hotel
“Excellent one night stopover for attending an event at Brooklands. Room was clean, comfy and quiet; bed huge with a great mattress; staff friendly and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. What's not to like? Highly recommended.”
Best Western Ship Hotel
“We were here for a school reunion. However I am still a local and this place is great. The bar is excellent too and great coffee and food. I give it full stars mainly due to service, location, cleanliness and value for money and amenities even for the large functions. I do feel that the place could one day - under the right ownership - be totally transformed inside but then of course, price goes up. So I say full stars for full all rounder for value”
Premier Inn Woking Town Centre hotel
“As always a comfortable stay. Good breakfast. No restaurant in the evenings I stayed however there are plenty of places nearby and I would definitely recommend venturing out to many of the independent restaurants.”
Premier Inn Kings Langley hotel
“Got a really friendly helpful welcome from the assistant manager and as soon as he spotted My wife was disabled he changed our room from a second floor room at the far end of the hotel to a ground floor room, which we were immensely grateful for, the staff in the breakfast room this morning were very friendly and welcoming and the food was lovely and this evening when we got back to the hotel and asked if we could change our Breafast time for tomorrow so we could have a lay in, it was done by a very friendly and helpful young man on the front desk. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back again without a doubt. Thank you to everyone at Premier Inn Kings Langley. For making our stay one to remember”
Premier Inn London Tolworth hotel
“The 5 stars are for the staff, who are outstanding. They're generous with their information and level of service. The parking experience is quite daunting, it's basically a narrow route underground, which is supposed to be used by two way traffic. The car park is pretty smelly when you get there.”
St George's Hotel
“St George is an ok hotel with great potential. It would benefit from little improvements but it’s surely better than many in Wembley. Think of it at Hilton minus large elegant entrance and grandeur. Everything works fine and the beds are comfortable. Showers. 3* for my palette.”
OYO London Guest House
“Very friendly and helpful staff, nice rooms, great location, close to Acton Main Line going straight to Central London and Heathrow! Would definitely stay again.”
Travelodge London Raynes Park
“Attending a funeral in the area, so ,very close to where we needed to be. Nice clean place to stay. Room was a bit small but hey ho. There was no hand soap by the sink in the bathroom. When we told reception about this the lady said they fill the hand soap every day.....really,where was it then? Quite expensive.”
Pelican London Hotel & Residence
“Needed a place to stay whilst visiting nan in hospital. Very good location - basically on Sat George's premesis opposite Atkinson and Morley wing on blackshaw road. Very reasonable and the late check out can be purchased till 2pm! Good WiFi too was able to work from there in the morning.”
Premier Inn South Mimms/Potters Bar hotel
“Easy access from the motorway, and very affordable room rates. Rooms were comfortable, well maintained and clean. Only minor complaint was we only got a single bath towel for a double room, but likely just minor oversight - the others in our party had plenty in their room. Breakfast plentiful and good quality. The staff were lovely!”
