“Really great hotel, we had a stop over at Heathrow so booked this hotel. Our flight ended up delayed by 3 hours so was really glad to have a room. Absolutely no issues with check in. The room was clean and bed comfy great value for money and really easy to get to from terminal 4. There's a 24hr Costa so we did that for breakfast but there is a buffet on till 10:30. Really easy nice stay. Would recommend.”

“Great airport hotel. I have definitely seen worse airport hotels. And considering the location and price I would definitely recommend this one. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food. Including fresh fruits, vegan yoghurt and pancakes. I really appreciated the attentive service. The breakfast staff was very accommodating and even the housekeeping staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very quiet and clean. But some of the furniture was pretty worn down and could use a touch up. I slept great, but the mattress might be a bit to hard for some people.”

“Lovely calm welcoming atrium. Just perfect after a stressful day. The room was spotlessly clean with the basic. We ate in the Thyme restaurant which was a pleasant ding experience. Our waiter Nico was very friendly and efficient. The food was delicious and very good value for money. Breakfast the following morning was also very good. Would recommend to friends.”

“I had a 12 hour layover at Heathrow and was looking for a reasonable hotel for day use close to the airport. This hotel totally fit the bill. The room was definitely basic, but for what I wanted it was great. Very close to the airport, convenient on the Hoppa or public transit buses. The room was very clean, comfy bed, a small desk to work on, good sized TV, good shower with plenty of hot water, very quiet even though the planes fly directly overhead, I couldn't hear them at all and was able to sleep for a few hours. Only one type of shampoo/soap and no other products, no hair dryer, but does have an electric kettle and fixings for coffee and tea. In short , way better than hanging out at the airport and all for under $50, which compared to other places I saw online is a true bargain. You can check in at 10:00 and check out at 18:00. The staff at reception was super helpful guiding me on transportation back to the airport.”

“Decent hotel considering it’s a 2 star hotel and located in zone 4. Good water drainage, fair water pressure, clean room with comfy beds, basic amenities available, about 5mins walk from Hounslow Central tube station and just few stations away from Heathrow terminals.”

The flat was lovely, had everything that you could need, very clean and easy to get to and from the airport. Very close to a tesco express so can easily get all the food you need. Me and my Husband took a 10day package with this company but in particular Sohail dealt with all our booking. It was the most peaceful time and every single thing promised was delivered ! The hotel we stayed at Makkah was called Makkah Hilton Towers and it’s is literally 10 steps away from Al Harram Sharif and we also had a side view of the Harram from our room. At Madinah we stayed at Dar Al Hijra intercontinental hotel which is precisely a 4/5mins walk from the hotel to Al Harram Madinah. All the transfers from airports to hotels and also from one city to another were reliable and efficient and always on time thanks to Sohail. We didn’t have no worries. I highly without doubt recommend anyone travelling for Umrah and Hajj to book with our Dear brother Sohail and use this company as we will also definitely be only travelling with them in the future. It is a peace of mind for the customers and alhamdulilah the price was well well worth every penny spent !!
