"Brilliant place nice and clean the staff was so helpful and happy to help they couldn't do a nuf for u room was clean and tidy was happy would recommend to anyone else very happy to come back the only down side is paying for the over night parking but apart from that is was brilliant well done keep up the good work"

"We booked a family room, I weren't exodfring much but the room was quite small and the beds literally touching each other. The Aircon didn't work and you can't open a window either resulting in it being quite stuffy at night. The bed was absolutrly awful! The breakfast was good as usual, all fresh. The car park is £7 per 24 hours. The fire alarm went off during the night- apparently a mishap in the restaurant (which is not connected to the main building in anyway shape or form)"

"Usual prem in rooms, but I had a lot of black mould in my bathroom. Paid around £350 for 3 nights and was then asked to pay another £12.50 to park per day!! Check-in was quick, but a smile and some basic courtesy wouldn't go amiss. Food in the pub next door was OK and to be fair the service was great but it's only a hungry horse so don't expect gourmet.. the area is a bit ropey, and vans do get broken into very often, so make sure you don't leave any valuables."

"Ok time it’s time of the year again, I’ve been staying at premium inn Dagenham for the last 4 months and I can’t praise the women enough they are truly amazing bearing in mind I’ve been using premier inn for the last 8 years and I wish all the other premier inn Staff were as helpful as the staff here I really can’t find the any words to do describe how happy I am Well I’m still here after 4 months doesn’t that tell you what they are like I’ve seen how rude costumers have been with the staff and how professional they are with rude customers me personally I could do what they do and all I can say is thanks for making my stay at the premier inn an amazing one"
