"One star for the worse night sleep ever due to the noise from the creaking floor boards form the room upstairs( Room7) It’s a 15 mins away from Croydon East train station in a residential street. Two semi detached combined into one building with a number of parking spaces in front with on street parking . It’s self check in with a code for the door and another code for the key box. All easy, they provide wifi password too to help. Then it all went down hill. It was the noisy. Talking next door and people in the floor above walking with creaking floor boards this went on this just after midnight and started again at 6-ish. The room above is 7 so they need to sort out the creaking floor boards as effect the sleep for clients in Room3. Other noises include noise of tricking water from the bathroom upstairs and also the bathroom fan with a high pitched mechanical noise. Beds was very uncomfortable. Toilet extremely small. In terms of security- it felt safe until late in the evening when there was a African man Standing at the door on the inside next to the key pick up box and then later was sleeping in the breakfast room when I was leaving for is dinner at 7.45pm. Worse night sleep I have had."

"Positive: Kitchen has everything needed, big smart TV, big table, comfortable bed and sofa, heating, regular cleaning, gym, 10 minute walk to the train station. Great and friendly staff. Manager Muhammad is the best, helped me twice to extend the stay right before checkouts. Negative: Ceiling is pretty thin, so you can hear people above walking. Small things in the bathroom like loose toilet seat and leaky soap dispenser."

"Good Serviced Apartments. Quite Spacious and the property has ample parking. The only drawback is the wash area. The machines take a very long time to wash and the drier doesn't completely dry the clothes."

"Stayed here on a work trip so didn't pay myself, but was still disappointed after booking based on the good reviews. Perhaps I was unlucky with the room I was given, I was in the attic at the front of the house and unfortunately encountered a number of problems. 1) Because of the sloping roof in the attic, it felt very closed in and parts were hard to get to for me at 6ft. 2) The bathroom stank of damp, there is no window in there, only a tiny extractor fan that didn't appear to be working. 3) There were numerous interruptions to the damp smell, with a smell of the drains every so often. 4) It didn't feel the cleanest. Dont get me wrong, it wasn't dirty, but it felt like it was given a dust over rather than a clean. See attached picture of the shelf on top of the microwave unit, which is where a half used and partially damp kitchen roll was being housed. 5) This is not a purpose built hotel, its a converted house and the walls are effectively internal stud walls. As a result, you can hear everything. People either side of you, below you and occasionally out on the staircase. 6) The heating was on in early September, with no way of adjusting the temperature in the room and no response when I emailed the operator telling them it was uncomfortably hot. Which brings me on to the next problem... 7) There's no staff at the hotel to deal with any issues. 8) Breakfast was a shambles. Cereal, but no milk. Warm orange or apple juice (this was on the table by reception when i arrived the day before). Pre-packaged croissants and a bowl of fruit. Needless to say, I passed and found some breakfast elsewhere. 9) I was travelling for business and was disappointed to find that there was no desk in the room, which I think is unusual these days. I ended up having to sit cross legged on the bed with my laptop out in front of me to do some work before meetings the next day. 10) Because of the heating in the room, I had to sleep with the window open and being at the front of the house, was disturbed throughout the night by people in the street. It really was a shame, I was looking forward to staying after seeing the reviews but certainly won't be booking again."
