"Since my last review the management has changed. I must say for the better. I can’t comment on the rooms as I’ve not stayed there. The new owners and staff are very polite and friendly. All alcohol is now the real deal and not cheap alternatives. Their Sunday roast is absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection and reasonably priced. I opted for the roast lamb and the meat was plentiful and beautifully cooled along with the vegetables. As the bar is 2 minutes from my home I have had a variety of dishes and they are all delicious and reasonably priced. The cook always comes out to your table and asks if every thing is ok. If you’re a sports fan they always have the games on. I would recommend the food 101%."
"Popped in for a mid week late afternoon pint! Greeted by friendly staff but otherwise the place is lacking in atmosphere & a bit tatty. Prices are not too bad & they show various sport so it's good for that."
"Have eaten here several times. Burgers and Thai is very good. Also held party in the side room. Manager was great leading up to day and bar staff on the night were excellent. Food was good too"
"Stumbled in here by chance on a Monday night having arrived in London from Wales Excellent value. Delicious food... thw thai menu was a great surprise. My husband, who is more traditional, had a mixed grill... huge portions but not at the expence of quality . Good beer ,( local pale ale ) and wine (house Malbec). Exceeded our expectations"
"Great pub. Amazing music and atmosphere. Big choice of drink and the Thai food is gorgeous. The bar staff are really friendly and give great recommendations. Number 1 bar in Tooting for sure!"
