"My reservation was cancelled five weeks before my planned stay. There was no alternative offered amd after calling myself I was just told "bad luck". I am absolutely dissapointed in the lack of service. I will have to cancel my entire trip now as hotel prices have doubled between when I booked 8 month ago and now. I would have expected much more from Ibis/All Accor as a big hotel chain."

"I still remember my trip to London very clearly, as well as this hotel. The staff were very nice and polite; the service, overall, good. My only complaint is that the showers weren't separated by a door in our room - having traveled with a friend, one of us always had to go out in the hotel while the other was taking their shower, so it was quite unsettling. Still, it's a very nice place to stay, whether you're visiting London for business or for holidays. Lots of transports, restaurants and shops around the corner. The prices are also quite affordable for the place. I recommend this hotel!"

"It was perfect for our weekend in family. Our daughter loved her bunk bed. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Shower was very nice and hot, bed was comfy. Not much space in the room, but we did not need it either. Breakfast was better than expected. Staff nice and smiley. Would definitely return."

"Lovely room, check in was quick. The staff were lovely and very efficient. Overall comfortable bed, TV has free view and the bathroom was spotless. I booked the twin nest room. The room was huge and much larger than I was expecting! Housekeeping knocked on my door at 9am asking me if I was checking out, I was already awake and getting ready so no fuss, but I left the sign on the door to not be disturbed and they knocked anyway, I was advised checkout was 12pm not 3hours earlier at 9am. Breakfast was a little bland, just pastries, cheese, ham, toast. I heard a lot of people were confused by the power situation. The power to the room is off unless you put your key card into the switch by the door."
