“My stay here was near perfect ! I took the shuttle from the airport to the hotel & back in the morning, it was pretty easy. What I didn’t understand I just called the hotel & they helped me out . “For the price that you pay you get extreme value for money. Easily as good or better than travel lodge's i have stayed in. The TV in the room was not working, they offered me an alternative room if i wanted or said they would get it working the following morning. They did. Very good response to what could have been a negative, but there reaction to the issue and giving two options too resolve this only makes the experiance better”

“Great location for a good price, walking distance from King's Cross and the city. Very hospitable staff. Rooms comfortable and very quiet, didn't hear any traffic noise. Some communal areas could do with refurbishment, the reception area was pristine. Would book again!”

“Stayed for 1 night after meeting my partner at Heathrow on her return from Madrid. Reception staff extremely pleasant and helpful. I was going to use the airport shuttle bus to get to the airport but the lady on reception advised me to use public transport as it was a lot cheaper. Staff in restaurant were excellent as well. I would certainly stay here again.”

“Can't fault this hotel at all! Cheapest family room we could find in London on an otherwise expensive weekend, £93 between 3 of us, great value compared to anywhere else we found. It is well-linked to central London via the Thameslink (Morden South) or Northern line (Morden). Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming so it was nice to be felt like we were cared for by the staff. The room was clean and spacious, nothing to complain about at all. Quick check-in and check-out process as well so that was convenient.”
