"For the price that you pay you get extreme value for money. Easily as good or better than travel lodge's i have stayed in. The TV in the room was not working, they offered me an alternative room if i wanted or said they would get it working the following morning. They did. Very good response to what could have been a negative, but there reaction to the issue and giving two options too resolve this only makes the experiance better"

"My personal opinion it appeared far better in advertisement on website, to only find it extremely unappealing. The parking is a joke and no lifts in the facility. The room was clean but overall the linen was dingy and curtains dusty. The room as a whole was clean, but not my taste. If traveling on a extreme budget it will do, but I would not recommend."

"Its a wonderful place to stay. Very clean and comfortable beds and room. Very helpful staff especially Usman. Free coffee on the reception. spotless rooms parking space available with cctv monitoring. would love to stay again here for sure. highly recommend."

"Booked to stay here for 3 night's, on arrival there wasn't anyone at the desk had to wait outside in the car because it was raining, where we got told off for waiting there by the car cleaner. When someone did arrive we were taken to our room, only to find it has not been cleaned or made up. We were asked to come back in half an hour, on our return, we were shown to our room only to find its been made up, but they never changed the bedding what was there was dirty, stained and load's of small black hairs."

"Only complaint is no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. There is a free vending machine in the lobby but if your on the 2nd floor and want a cuppa, it's about 5 flights of stairs"
