"There are a lot of fundamental good things about this hotel. There are water dispensers, vending machines, ice machines and washing machines on each level. It is in a good location near public transport and many of the main sites. Rooms are a little dated, comfortable and attractive lounge on the ground floor."

"This hotel was in a great location for getting the hop on hop off bus. It was right outside the door! There were lots of restaurants and places to eat nearby too. In terms of how central it is you would need to get the tube to get to the shopping/nightlife areas. The staff were great and so friendly and accommodating. The bathroom was a bit dated for me but that’s my only complaint!"

"Very much enjoyed my stay (September 2022). Spacious room, clean, in good shape. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast, excellent location (very close to St. Paul's but quiet nevertheless). Good WiFi throughout. Would stay again."

"The location for the hotel is fantastic, very close to St Paul's Cathedral and the millennium Bridge. If you are happy doing a lot of walking, then you can do a comfortable stroll to Covent Garden. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very dated and they could do with being redecorated, and personally for myself it would be nice if the windows could be opened, so you can have fresh air come in the room and not rely on the air conditioning. Breakfast was pleasant, but expensive for what you were getting, in comparison to a lot of other hotel bed and breakfast deals. There are a number of good restaurants in the vicinity and Cote Brasserie forms part of the hotel, so this was convenient for dinner after a long day out and about in London."

"I’m a little surprised by the high star reviews here, since I personally expected better for the price. The room is very dated with a bathroom which is in need of renovating and a very good clean as there is black and orange mould in the grout. The window did not appear to be able to close properly at all. The amenities are fine and staff are nice, and location great, but the bear minimum I expect from a hotel is cleanliness and, judging by the bathroom, I did not trust that the room was properly clean. I considered asking for another room but the pictures on Google all appear to show mouldy bathrooms, so this seems to just be a problem of the rooms needing refurbishment, or deep cleans."
