Should we ever sell they will be our first phone call. They behave how we should all expect Estate Agents to behave, unlike a number of others we have had experience of and which share the same high street.....”

“I’d highly recommend using their services, I got my septum pierced and I was extremely nervous. I was worried the piercer wouldn’t do it right or it would be too low. I had a lovely lady called Tyra, she was so calm and patient. She went through every step with me and honestly I’m so happy I’ve had it done. There was nothing to worry about. The place is immaculate, very clean, everything gets opened in front of you. The staff were friendly and professional. I’d go back there if I were going to get any more piercings.”

“Although I did not buy anything today that's not because I did not like anything. It's because I could not justify buying more footwear and considering where I could store additional footwear! Always find good quality and stylish shoes here. Pricey but you know you are getting quality here and not the deteriorating quality of other high street brands such as Clark's and others. I guess the old adage is true that you get what you pay for. My favourite formal shoes are from here and some 12 years old. Still perfectly good for use though!”

Considering how busy it was being Christmas Eve, Ted made our experience a breeze and was the most accommodating waiter we could have asked for. “Really helpful. I needed shoes for my wedding, was buying a very expensive £280 pair but they didn't have my colour in my size. I was flying out in five days time. I asked them if they could get multiple pairs in just in case the pair they got, had a mark. They phoned round my request immediately while I was still leaving the store. They got various stores to send in three... Arrived in time, first pair was spotless as they should be.”

“Very helpful staff and a decent garage. I went here to get a auxiliary battery for my c300 and the guy who served me was very helpful and taking his time to sort out what I needed. He was kind person and even offered to ask the mechanic to look at the car if I got the right parts. But unfortunately because they were busy and I have to rush out and decline to wait. But he says that if the part was not the right one, they could easily get me refund. Great place but of course it’s a brand so a little pricey.”
