"Appalling Service from Jay - Despite having a loyalty points card and being a regular customer he refused to serve me on the basis that I didn’t have an ID on me. Even though my girlfriend provided her ID he still refused to serve me - he said we both have to have IDs on us. What a joke of customer service and I drove all the way from Crystal Palace. Disgusting person and it reflects on the shops policy as well."
