"Friendly store and they have been helpful in the past with getting simple things like; bike cleans, tyre changes etc. However, in terms of electronic issues there seems to be a few things they can't fix. The bike has been in the shop for over a month and every week is a different excuse. This is as; "We can't test it outside because of staffing", or, "nothing is showing up on our diagnostics (no stats shared)", and "we can order this part and see if it works". - only to find out days later that the parts were ordered 2 days after promised. I've also been told to take back the bike and sell it for something else or get a new one. I shouldn't be forced to sell it (particularly during the train strikes) because the issue hasn't been resolved! It seems like they can't communicate effectively in store with one another to resolve this issue!"
