"I needed a replacement bowl for the Trixie cat activity fun board as I smashed it. I searched high and low, and thankfully found Claire at Waggles Pet Emporium! My bowls were ordered and arrived very speedily and Claire was incredibly helpful in getting them posted to me. "Today for first time went into the pet shop as wanted to get something for my dog , ear drops or dog cleansing for my dog . Now when I ask the lady who’s in the shop for some help . She is very rude and not helpful at all . I was very surprised as I was asking her about the product and she just looked at me and said in a way just read the box and it will tell you the instructions. I was very disappointed with this customer service .! I would of appreciate if you go into a shop for some help advice on certain aspect they would be able to help you .! But it just seem like she didn’t want to help . No manners at all or polite and very rude it completely put me off buying anything. I really would appreciate some good customer care. Therefore due to my poor experience in the shop I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE !"
