The portion sizes are amazing and the cost was surprisingly low compared to how much you get on the plates. The staff are really friendly, happy to accommodate changes due food allergies. “I visited here on Christmas Eve 2022 with my brothers and mother. We were served by a waiter called Ted who was beyond friendly, considerate and catered to us massively. Considering how busy it was being Christmas Eve, Ted made our experience a breeze and was the most accommodating waiter we could have asked for. Would 100% revisit and if you have Ted as a server/waiter you will be the luckiest!”

“If you are from out of town and want that REAL British food this is the place. Mushy peas, Fish and Chips, and local selections of beer. This is a pub so just expect to do things the way you would at a pub. The staff was nice to us out of towners. Good location and decent price.”
